We spent once more a fantastic evening in the restaurant on Jan 30 and an unforgettable New year's Eve dinner there (for the second time in a row). Massimiliano and his mother couldn't have been better hosts. We had a wonderful stay as a young family and felt so welcomed. Massimiliano was very helpful with everything. They served extraordinary breakfast with local products. Very close to Udine, San Daniele and other excursions. Such a great taste of modern design in a unique villa. Thank you again!

It is like being at home. Ornella, the owner is made for hospitality. Nothing is a problem. She takes great pride in the place. Sumptuous breakfast. Quite location and ideal for Villa Manin. Ample private and secure parking. We left with the feeling that we had visited a dear friend. We had stayed at other places in the area but this place is tops.

Everything was absolutely fine. We had to modify our check in time because of traffic issues but there was no problem with it at all. Dogs in the back garden are super cute :). All important facilities like pizzeria, supermarket, ice cream, etc. are nearby. Our host was really helpful and gave us very good breakfast. Also there is an insane amount of choice of available types of coffee which is definitely a big plus because we are heavily addicted. We will definitely return.
