Amazing hotel in rurale area. Nice furniture, very clean, cosy, balcony with view to the mountains. Family owned hotel. The parents and daughter is very kind. A strongly recommend to have dinner in the hotel “ agroturismo experience”.It’s truly a feast ( include food and drink- water and local wine).

We hit the jackpot with this place. Unassuming on the map, it is close to all the beaches, islands or towns you could wish to visit in northern Sardinia. The setting is very tranquil, surrounded by nature and panoramic views of the sea. A perfect opportunity to disconnect. More importantly, it is run by one of the most charming, warm and hospitable of hosts we've ever encountered: Teresa. You are made to feel welcome upon arrival, and looked after throughout the stay. Her daughter Rosita was also very responsive and always reachable on WhatsApp. A lot of thought has gone into the decor that reflects Sardinian culture, and the facilities -- the swimming pools are a real treat.

Beautiful property which looks fairly new with new facilities being built. Staff were super attentive, especially Camilla who we saw every breakfast time. She was very helpful with providing for our needs and also suggesting for things to do. Everything was very clean and and a beautiful place to stay! Highly recommended

What a magical place, nestled in the woods, off the beaten track. Super friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in a cabin which was beautiful and airy with a lovely bathroom and small terrace and short walk to the restaurant. We ate at the restaurant both evenings we were there - the food and service was outstanding 5 ⭐. Breakfast was stunning too with homemade products and fresh cakes and pastries. They even made us a breakfast bag to take with us when we left early on our departure day. 100% recommended - our stay at Saltara was a highlight of our trip around Northern Sardinia - the beaches on Capo Testa amongst the best we have visited ever.
