The property is immaculately clean, just beyond words. Very beautifuly decorated, amazing inner yard, very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was just outstanding, the best we ever had in Italy (and we’ve had a lot throughout the years). The owners are very warm and hospitable people, who take the best care of their guests. Town of Bertiolo is small, but there are a few places to eat and have an evening walk.

We spent once more a fantastic evening in the restaurant on Jan 30 and an unforgettable New year's Eve dinner there (for the second time in a row). It is hard to describe the tasteful sensations, the kitchen of Da Nando is creating since decades. The hotel smoothly fits in the whole experience of a real exceptional location in the Friuli area. The owner was very nice. We communicated via google translate (he doesn't speak English, but that's okay). The room was clean, corresponded to the description. The breakfast was perfect (you can choose sweet or salty breakfast). Parking is in the yard with a gate (included in the price).

A truly wonderful and peaceful place — I enjoyed every moment of my stay! Thank you to the owner for personally meeting us and showing us the apartments. He was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect: calm and surrounded by fresh air and greenery — an ideal spot to relax after the busy pace of cities like Venice and Trieste. The house itself is amazing, built with beautiful brick and wood, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms were full of their own character, and the kitchen was absolutely one-of-a-kind. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was prepared with care. I truly enjoyed the experience 100% and would love to return again.
