Very comfortable, clean, air conditioned, outside patio with awning & furniture to have meals. Lots of Bed linen and towels and extra also, fridge & freezer was brilliant and water on arrival and very delicious cookies that the owner baked for us!! What a treat! He thought of pretty much everything. Owner was very helpful to us with everything and explained so much to us regarding the accommodation and Bevagna,., and contactable at all times. He was excellent. The apartments were beautiful.

This is a very sweet little flat in a lovely quiet town. The flat is very comfortable and cool in the summer, even on the hottest day we didn't miss Aircon. There are lots of parking spaces very close by but the best thing is that no one drives past the flat except for the street sweeper who comes in the morning! There is a great grocery shop in the town as well as lots of restaurants and a few bars. I would totally recommend this as a place to stay.

loved all of it. The place is perfect for traveling with others. 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Kitchen with dishwasher was a plus. Suggestion would be to have a toaster. We missed having one for morning toast. We DID NOT miss it not having a microwave. The town is charming and welcoming. Mostly Italian tourist not Americans which is a plus for us.

A fantastic medieval-style town.

A fantastic medieval-style town. The streets within the historic center need to be revisited; they're in rather poor condition and full of potholes. Another sore point is the stream that runs through the washhouse area, which is very beautiful, but on one side it's full of dirt and waste that fills the stream... a cleanup would be enough. Overall, though, a very positive review... a lovely little town that I would gladly return to.

Bevagna is a beautiful village, but unfortunately, the 2025 edition of the "Gaite Market" was a terrible copy of what I admired and enjoyed years ago. I would now advise others against experiencing it.

A very beautiful village, entirely medieval, with a lovely...

A very beautiful village, entirely medieval, with a lovely square overlooked by two breathtakingly beautiful Romanesque churches. There are many other things to see, but these truly enchanted me. The food is good, but the restaurants are quite expensive.

Bevagna is a small village, yet rich in history and culture.

Bevagna is a small village, yet rich in history and culture. It's strategically located for visiting Umbria's most beautiful sights. Within the city walls, you can get around on foot, and it's a pleasure to stroll through the narrow streets of the historic center. Eating is not a problem, as the historic center is full of eateries where you can refuel.

Great pool and outdoor seating areas. The Residenza is set in a large garden a short stroll form Bevagna. Breakfast delivered to the room was tasty and generous. The dining area had a cooker fridge and sink hidden in a wooden cupboard. The daily cleaning was really thorough, including washing up after breakfast. Great parking and a friendly host. The balcony was shady and a pleasant breakfast spot

We loved the authentic charm and character of this medieval hamlet and our stay in the tower was a great experience. The surrounding countryside is so peaceful and so beautiful and nearby towns and cities such as Bevagna and Assissi are beautiful and easy to reach by car.

Great location in beautiful vineyard just outside Bevagna. Very friendly family and cats. House was well equipped and spacious. Wine was also excellent!. Good base for exploring nearby hill-top towns.
