The staff are professional. We asked one reception lady to give us information about some places to visit in Milano. The girl did not hesitate to make a list of many places that we can vist , restaurants to eat and shops. She is a concierge girl. She is very helpful. The other staff were also very kind and freindly, you will get what you ask in no time with smile. Highly recommended . Do not worry for the location, underground will put in Milano center.

We stayed for one night for the concert and this is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Forum. It is literally 10-15 min walk away. There are some restaurants around the hotel and also few shopping malls. The rooms are nice and quiet. One of the guys at the reception ( I think Asian) was very nice and helpful, another one was arrogant and unfriendly. After the concert, the hotel bar was open and they served hot sandwiches and coffee and all other drinks. This was amazing coz it was 1 am and it was not easy to find a place to drink at that time. Breakfast was amazing. They have a real Illy coffee machine and not just some "fake coffee" like in other places around the world. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location, we enjoyed the evening on the hotel terrace, a couple of bunnies even came by, mostly everything was ok. The staff was friendly, the rooms were neat and clean, the beds were perfectly comfortable, I haven't slept on better beds in a long time... the breakfast was also ok, the price definitely matches the offer... only when I got out of the elevator I didn't know which way to go, everything was the same🤣🤣🤣

The check in was so smooth, the receptionist in the hotel was so kind. The parking spot that we reserved through them was also available right away. The room was spotless clean! Perfect bed, bathroom spotless clean, equipped with all the toiletries possible. Quiet hotel and a terrace with a pool opened for every guest in the hotel. The breakfast - a perfect story. We haven't seen such rich breakfast as in this hotel, so many choices and so kind personnel. From eggs, to cheeses, meat, vegetables, fruits... Everything was served! 10/10!! If we go back some day to Milan, we will most definitely be back in this hotel! I absolutely recommend it!

It was good value for the money, having a clean and comfortable room with good breakfast. The location is in Binasco, 40 min from Milano, and the place is not very touristic, but it adds to the real Italian experience.

The hotel is quite far out of Milan, but in a nice town where there are plenty of dining options and a great seafood restaurant. The staff were friendly and the breakfast great. Overall a good stay.
