I liked the automatic check in. It is important to make sure you get a code for the door before you go there. I did not have internet because I had crossed the border from France, and it was a little tricky. They have staff available online to help with any need you may have. We called in the middle of the night to figure out our parking and got helped very easily.

We stayed at the Diana Majestic hotel on our way from Nice to Sestri Levante, and this is a hotel that truly punches above its 4* rating. We especially appreciated: # The modern room with the balcony that overlooked the beach. # The large comfortable king size bed. # The high quality linens and towels in the room and the amenities in the bathroom. # The potential to have tea and coffee making in the room. # The gourmet snacks that was served with our afternoon aperitif. # The lovely location for dinner, on the deck overlooking the ocean, and the beautiful table, setting, including close, napkins, and highly polished silverware. # And our evening and breakfast meals were high quality and delicious. # The large pool, and pool area, with plenty of lounges and the ability to find shade under the olive trees # Having access to the private beach. The very helpful and friendly staff. # The free secure onsite parking # Watching the glorious sunrise over the water from our room was just icing on the cake! This is a most comfortable hotel that I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area.

It is a decent three-star resort hotel, but it is not far from the main road, so it is also suitable for travelers. The breakfast is good. (Considering that we are in Italy, it can even be described as excellent.) I left early, so I had the opportunity to have breakfast a little earlier.
