The hosts was so helpful that she was in touch before arrival making sure we had no trouble at all. Gave excellent, clear instructions about everything. House was like all set to move in with everything there from the smallest possible to whatever you ever need in a house. We can not praise this place enough. Supermarket was just over a mile away with all you need at very reasonable prices. Arona town is less than 15 minute drive with beautiful lakeside. The whole experience was amazing less the torrential rain for good few hours. You would not regret staying there, however, if you are elderly, obese or have arthritis then going upstairs may be a problem as ladder to bedrooms is narrow but it was no problem for us. The house was spotless. My million thanks to the hosts.

The shuttle service to the airport at 4am and the pickup on the same day at 9pm was fantastic and the main reason I chose the hotel, the bonus was the staff and, restaurant. Definitely would return again.

The facilities and the cleanliness of the place. The size of the deluxe room and the washroom. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was nice and the gym was okay for travel workouts with pulley machine. Stayed at chateau monfort also which was $600 a night but honestly this was better with $100 a night

A small town very close to Lake Maggiore, quiet, authentic, and unpretentious, in a place steeped in history. Visiting the lakes and their many activities was nearby. The supermarket is good!

I stayed in this house because it was the closest I could find to Malpensa Airport in Milan. The location is a bit out of the way, but it was sufficient for our needs. I didn't like the check-in time, which was 5 PM; it was too late to be able to check into a house.

I liked the property as a whole. Mrs.

I liked the property as a whole. Mrs. Michela's kindness and helpfulness. The cleanliness and complete amenities of the accommodation. I didn't like the village of Borgo Ticino as much; it's small and lacks many amenities (restaurants, bars, etc.), although very quiet. However, it's in a good location for visiting Lake Maggiore and the major towns.
