The staff were all extremely friendly. The reception manager, Loretta, was exceptionally helpful both before, during, and after my visit. When I found the taxis very expensive and was going to struggle with 3 bags on public transport, she very kindly offered to drive me to my onward destination as it was in the next village from her home!! Such kindness.💝 The country house was close to the airport, but you didn't hear the planes, and had excellent accessible room facilities. The taps were all lever taps, the toilet was a good height. (high - maybe 50 cm tall from the ground). The toilet also had a shower hose next to it and a gap at the front of the seat, to use as a bidet. The basin was wheelchair level and the mirror above was adjustable. The shower was completely flat (for roll in) and spacious, with a wall mounted seat.There was a hairdryer in the bathroom for use. There was a fridge in the room and TV and ceiling fan. The window shutters kept the room very cool. I think there was a/c as well, which I didn't need during my stay.When I stayed, it was very peaceful. The mattress on the bed was memory foam & supremely comfortable!

A great, quaint, centrally-located hotel with a family-run flavor. Climatic old building just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to be in Perugia. Staff very friendly yet absolutely appropriate and professional in behavior. Italian-style breakfast served by smiling, friendly people, makes your day. Great coffee, and extra points for serving vegan cappuccinos! Everything clean, including small yet fully equipped bathrooms.

All good, clean and super nice staff! The hotel is a mix masterpiece of wine, jazz and great food! Restaurant is a starred Michelin serving Slow Food products. The hotel is also one of the top 43 winehouses in Italy. And it provides free commuting to the Umbria Jazz concerts! Couldn’t be more happy than that! And O look forward to go there again!

    The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the gardens and the pool are well kept all set in a tranquil location. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The staff are what made the difference, Emliano and Valentino particularly were amazing, always very attentive, kind and helped with translations where we needed it, we couldnt have asked for more!

    Clean, comfortable room, comfortable bed. pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. We stayed only 1 night, so we didn't enjoy all the options offered. Very nice staff, gave travel advice which was very helpful. delicious breakfast. Thank you!

    Nice structure, garden area looks even nicer in person, the photos don’t do justice. The breakfast was outstandingly good and the staff were some of the nicest people we’ve ever met in a hotel :)

    Best breakfast croissants and cappuccino. I love the setting and location. The room had a modern hotel room feel and was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed supper at the restaurant.
