Our stay was truly special, as we were traveling with our pet and felt welcome everywhere. The staff was absolutely amazing – from the kitchen team to the host, everyone was so warm and kind. The room was beautiful, exactly as you would expect from a castle. There were few windows and you needed the lights to see in the room, but that's part of the design. The bathroom was large and clean. The interior of the castle was amazing: stairs, rooms and small corridors everywhere. This stay is perfect if you want to discover a castle! The breakfast was a normal italian breakfast with both sweet and savoury options as well as fruit and yoghurt. This hotel was a perfect stay for discovering the nearby city of Ivrea that is famous for Olivetti computers, typewriters, and architectural design. I absolutely recommend it for a few days stay in the area and will come again if I visit the area since there are still a few museums I didn't have time to see.
