Charming hotel situated in the centre of Cabras and ideally situated for visiting the area. The hotel rooms are cosy and the outside area is delightful, with trees and flowers, lots of seating and loungers by the pool, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms each have their own entrance onto the garden area. There’s no private parking but we found it easy to park nearby, however might be tricky with a big car! A good breakfast choice including home made cake and fresh coffee was included.

The guests were amazing! Such nice persons, the room & the bed was so confortable & cozy. Amazing home made breakfast & there is the possibility to have dinner cooked by Paulo ( which was delicious!) they also have umbrellas and sunbeds to rent for free, you find beautiful beaches nearby 20 min aprox. with the car. We will visit Paulo & Barbara again, for sure! Best stay in Sardegna for us until now.

Fabulous stay, from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Rosalba. The front of the building hides the lovely setting in the back, with a garden area, chairs and umbrella. Unfortunately, it wasn't warm enough to use it, but would be perfect. The room was huge, with a big bed, huge bathroom. There were bunks in the room as well and the bedroom was still huge. Chairs, desk, wardrobe and Tv, aircon/heating. Lovely big shower, plenty of hot water and very quiet. Absolutely spotless too. And then there is the breakfast! It was amazing, cooked by Luigi. We had scrambled eggs, bread, local meat and cheeses, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit, great coffee too. Then there were the amazing cakes!!! Everything is close by, within walking distance for restaurants and a walk around the town. I would definitely stay here again. It was wonderful and Rosalba and Luigi are the perfect hosts.

Cabras is not that touristy, it is a living little city. We liked that a lot. There was a festa when we were there and we felt part of it. Cabras is also well situated to go to different places at the coast and the mountains. There are many good restaurants with delicious fish and seafood, but also meat.

Luisessa is a remarkable host and works hard to to make your visit as great as possible…as a Cabras native she knows the city’s history, the best places to go as well as the best restaurants & she is extremely knowledgeable about the beaches. Her breakfasts are wonderful, especially the seatas, and she makes a great long coffee!

Excellent central location for easy access to the many...

Excellent central location for easy access to the many things to see (Tharros, the Sinis Peninsula, San Salvatore, Oristano, and much more). Friendly people in town and plenty of great places to eat (Attilio's is a special highlight).

The tranquility of the place.

The tranquility of the place. Unfortunately, near the most beautiful beaches, there were only paid parking lots with a fixed rate. 2 hours = €3, 4 hours = €5, etc. Up to a maximum of €10 for the whole day. The prices themselves are fair. It's a shame you can't pay only for the actual time you park. The food prices are a bit high on average, but the food is good quality.

There were beautiful beaches, but not much to see in the surrounding area. The roads are very good, there's plenty of parking near the beaches, and they're very easy to access. The streets in Cabras are narrow.

It's a pleasant experience, a bit of everything, very variable, ranging from archaeology to fauna, from the beautiful beaches of Is Arutas, and Mariermi to the fishponds of the Cabras pond, a small negative factor is that you have to live with the mosquitoes which are quite numerous.

A lovely hotel hidden away in Cabras. Very friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast with fresh coffee, pleasant pool area, well located in the town centre. The room was clean, quiet and located in the beautiful green villa complex. We even managed to get a carpark right outside. Great place to visit all the nearby attractions, the museum and to walk to restaurants.

The breakfast in all of our hotels in Sardinia was pretty much the same, so in that regard the breakfast was very good. Everything was new here, so all in very good working condition and new state. Modern design. The hostess was very helpful, sent us a whole bunch of resto, beaches and things to do via Whatsapp.

Sa Pintadera is a special place to stay. Anna and Peppe and their family are lovely hosts - and the breakfasts, eaten outside, are legendary! Cabras, with its excellent museum, is an excellent location to explore that part of Sardinia.
