The accommodation is part of an incredible villa built in the 1970s, which impresses at first sight with its grandeur. The annex is cozy and equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. The garden available to guests is spacious and beautiful, especially in the early mornings and late afternoons. The pool, accessible to guests, was particularly welcome during the hot days. Additionally, the property offers free parking, either on the street or within the estate, which was very convenient since we had our bikes with us. The area surrounding the villa and annex is very peaceful; throughout our stay, we enjoyed the constant soundtrack of birdsong and cicadas. The hostess was extremely hospitable, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication in English was not a problem at all. In terms of location, while not directly on Lake Garda, it's only about a 20-minute drive to towns like Desenzano or Sirmione, making it a convenient base for those who don't mind a short trip for lake views. Considering what this accommodation offers compared to others around Lake Garda, it's definitely an attractive alternative. Overall, our experience at Villa Caffetto Dépendance was delightful, thanks to the charm of the villa, the comfort of the annex, and the warmth of our hostess. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat for two near Lake Garda.

The hotel is close enough to the city centre (7-8 mins) and only a few minutes (4-5) from the train station, therefore everything is accessible easily, buts still very quiet. The staff fas super friendly and helpful. Small hotel with no croud feeling. This city is the best one around the lake, for its location at least.

Amazing hotel, very clean, the staff were super friendly, huge variety of choice for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable. And I have never ever seen such a clean bathroom in a hotel. Location is perfect to visit Lake Garda and the room had a wonderful view to the lake.
