Lady owner was totally great, energic and helpful. Very nice the room, with everything what you need, nice bathroom, everything clean, aircondition, possible to park the car. Great breakfast. We are happy to visit this place.

The host/owner was AMAZING. She helped us understand the bus to Venice, where to buy the tickets, and she has maps available as well. The breakfast is a setup of the typical European breakfast but it is setup at the table based on the people staying in the rooms- meats, cheese, pastry, dessert, juice, cafe... We also had dinner here one night and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place if you do not require anything fancy for your stay and don't mind traveling a bit to the center of Venice. The bus is only about a 20-30 min ride and the stop is only 1 minute walk from Hotel Colors.

Hotel was excellent in terms of comfort , service, cleanliness and location. I recommend this hotel if your flight is arriving very late in the evening to Marco Polo airport as you can get bus number 5 right outside the arrivals. We were quoted nearly 90 euros for a taxi, but the bus ticket out of the airport is 10 EUR per person. Ironically , when you go back to the airport, the ticket is only €1.50 but that's how airport transfer works... Bus trip took about 15 mins. Remember to press the stop button when you see the bus stop coming up on the screen .. Orlanda Cavergnago and Sabbatino stops are both only 200m from the hotel which is a 2 min walk. (There's a Lidl on the opposite side of the hotel too; very handy for snacks) Buses 5 and 19 also take you to the main bus station from where you can either walk to the key attractions or buy the vaporetto (Waterbus) tickets. In the hotel itself we had clean towels every day (they cleaned the room daily although we did not request it) and when they noticed we had bought a bottle of wine the cleaners left us a pair of glasses. Breakfast is continental.

Nice personal. Hotel is the best between price and quality. Simple breakfast but its fully enought. Free parking is included. Very good location near bus stop. Max 13 min and you on the bus staion of Venezia. On the right side of hotel is a good bar with tasty Aperol :) Best regards from Ukraine. Thanks for good veekends!

We were very happy with our stay! We arrived two hours earlier than check-in time, but the staff kindly let us in without any problem. The hotel is cozy, the room was clean, with a balcony, toilet, and sink. Since we were leaving early in the morning, they left us coffee and croissants in the room instead of breakfast — which was a lovely touch. They also helped us book a taxi that arrived right on time. The hotel is located in the suburbs of Venice and quite close to the airport. Overall, a great overnight stay. Highly recommended!

Staying at Villa Erica was truly one of the highlights of my trip. I’ve never experienced such warm, thoughtful service in an apartment-style accommodation before. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Every single day, we received fresh towels, tea, and bottled water, and the place was always spotless. It was clear that the host genuinely cared about our comfort. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 15-minute bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop only a minute’s walk from the apartment. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Erica to anyone planning a visit to Venice. It felt like a home away from home, and I left with only great memories. I’m so happy we chose to stay here!

    The staff was so nice even when we got in late at night.

    The staff was so nice even when we got in late at night. They offered to make our kids food even though they were closing up for the night. It was so convenient and comfortable. Campsite was easy to navigate WiFi was good closers to the entrance which we enjoyed outside in the evening.

    We enjoyed our stay the room and location was great.

    We enjoyed our stay the room and location was great. Restaurant at the hotel was very good had diners one night and breakfast buffet was plentiful. Did take the bus into Venice which was very convenient and easy. Would recommend this hotel to our friends.

    The owner superb, proximity to airport excellent, cafe next door brilliant. Felt a duvet should have been provided rather than the very thin blanket that was more like a bed throw. Woke cold several times during the night

    We had an early flight from Venice this is an ideal location bus stop directly across the street and only 1.50 to get into the city center buses run regularly spent the day in Venice and got a night bus back to the hotel would really recommend

    The hotel was good ,

    The hotel was good , The only downsize was u can only buy a bus ticket single trip from The hotel and I must pay with cash while u can pay with card The hotel itself. Then we had to wait till 16.00 o clock to buy bustickets at The local tobacco store. Becoz u cant buy a ticket in The bus to venice, I found a little bit sufficiënt and old fashion in a modern world today …….but hé I got to see venice and that was sooooooo great for an old man like me :)

    It was our first time visiting Venice and this hotel was a short bus trip away and perfect for our stay. I stayed with my 2 children (12&9) and the room was perfect size, very clean and comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were great, the restaurant attached served delicious food. The hostess was exceptional, so friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel or to stay again. Thank you 😊
