The place is beautiful, full of greenery and beautiful scenery. The Polo Club being part of the resort, we got to enjoy a relaxing horse ride. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail so we could enjoy the experience, although we had never ridden before. We also used the tennis court, also a nice experience. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner at the onsite restaurant was also a nice experience, with the waiter recommending us an excellent wine. The room was spacious, clean. We had a few difficulties renting a car, but Saimira was very helpful, offering to drive us to the train station in Bucine so we could take the train to Arezzo. All in all a lovely experience, we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

This was place absolute perfection. Everything is carefully thought, arranged and designed to provide a delightful experience. We spent there on New Year’s Eve and the hotel had beautiful activities planed, including a great brunch for January 1st. The room smelled amazing, it was super clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Tuscany hills. The owner John was very kind and attentive.

Simon, the owner, is a truly wonderful host- so friendly and always eager to help. He explains everything clearly and makes sure guests are comfortable, including managing the drinks and comfort amenities each day, unless he's busy with other matters. The apartment is charming, spacious, and clean, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are cosy, and there's plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. On the ground floor, there's a cosy bar where you can grab a drink or a coffee. Behind the house, you'll find a large, inviting swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, perfect for sunny days. Surrounded by stunning nature, the peaceful atmosphere was a true balm for our souls and eyes :) We instantly felt at home here. Simon and his partner are fantastic. Thank you very much! We'd love to return when we get the opportunity.

We had a 2-week road trip in Italy and stayed in many different hotels; this place was the most peaceful and pleasant place where we had a lovely time. Everything in the rooms was very carefully and thoughtfully designed and prepared, including towels, bedding, and linens, and everything was of very high quality. And most importantly, everything, everywhere, was very, very clean. You can feel that the owner and employees of the hotel care for the hotel like their home. They are very hospitable and friendly. They also gave us excellent tips about Arezzo. Thank you very much for everything, We highly recommend it to everyone who is traveling to Arezzo!
