Great location on a lovely beach, family run hotel with great staff and lots of returning customers. Parking on site, great rooms, not the best sea view but we did have a balcony. Delicious paninis for lunch, bar and sunny terrace

Fantastic stay here. Amazing location with balcony views of the the beach and hills. Lovely breakfast in the room with view of the sea. Our son (and we) loved the pool which was perfect for a 7 year old who can swim a little. Nice bar for drinks there also. Lizards around which added to a natural environment. Helpful staff who organised our taxi and other advice.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very well located in town with amazing views. Michaela and Silvio were so kind, friendly and helpful pointing out the good beaches and riding areas. We loved the balcony and views. Close to great MTB riding and the offer of the garage to stow our bicycles was much appreciated. Thank you Michaela and Silvio for our lovely stay, the cold beer and lovely gift!

    Very nice accommodation with private parking in the old town of Capoliveri. Our lovely hosts greeted us personally, guided us to the accommodation and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. Refreshments, air conditioning and a washing machine awaited us in the apartment. Who is looking for a central accommodation in Capoliveri is definitely right here!

    We loved the house and the garden, the privacy and the view. Our dog had the best time running in the garden. It was also very quite around the place. It's also a good location, very close to the beautiful town Capoliveri. The host Danielle and his Cousin were super friendly. Danielle gave us a lot of good hints about the island.

    Location is superb, although hard to reach without own car. Taxis are very expansive. We appreciated most people working in the hotel, the loveliest group working in bar and restaurant. Own beach with the lift is also worth mentioning. Overall, lovely experience.

    Very beautiful view over the Innamorata bay and relatively large apartment. Enough parking space. The last 1km is a gravel track. To Capoliveri its ~15 min, Portoferraio ~25-35 min, Porto Azzurro ~20 min, Cavo ~1h, Marciana ~1h.

    The hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful bay. All rooms have a balcony. If you are in luck and can get a seaview room, you get the most amazing panorama you can imagine. Staff is extremely friendly, and supportive.
