The location is perfect, just 7 minutes to walk to the lake and even shorter to restaurants. The apartment was very clean, the air conditioner wonderful to have during our stay in July. The view from the porch was beautiful, you can see the lake! The pool is big and clean and accessible all day.

It is a nice property, very clean,in front of the lake,with a nice view,you have a promenade where you can walk ,with a few restaurants. The breakfast is very good,you have where to choose,the single minus from my point of view was the coffee, I dit not like it .If you rent a car you have connections easy with all the atractions from Lake Garda.

I booked this trip for my parents and they are still talking about the hotel today. They stated it was the best hotel they have ever stayed in and want to return immediately! From the rooms, to breakfast, to the facilities location and staff everything was exceptional. A special shout out to Nicki who went out of his way everyday to guide them, recommend different places they should visit, he aided with tickets and transport back to the hotel and quite frankly could not have done anymore for them. Both have talked about Nicky endlessly since coming back and it was fantastic to hear! They have both called it a holiday of a lifetime and they have been showing pictures and videos to all family and friends! This hotel had exceptional reviews which was the reason I booked it, and they were over the moon and have talked in depth about the beauty of the hotel and the surrounding areas/gardens. As soon as they arrived the first thing they mentioned was the beauty and the perfumed aroma as you entered the hotel, both never enjoyed a hotel or holiday as much in their lives.

First of all the hotel is splendid. The staff was extremely welcoming and paid a lot of attention to our specific needs. The bedroom is stunning and we liked a lot that they don't have standard hotel white bedsheets but beautiful cosy light colored ones, like at home. The hotel is very nicely designed and ultra modern. The bathroom had shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fresh and very diverse, they had fresh fruits and a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses. The coffee is as usual exceptional. They have the full service of a 5 stars hotel, including a welcoming drink and a rose for ladies.

    Clean apartment, convenient free parking and helpful and friendly staff. Indoor bike parking with key and possibility of free electric bike charging. The location is excellent for exploring the west side of the lake by bicycle. You can easily reach all the other areas of the lake by car, moto, bus, train, ferry or boat ... or always by bicycle for those who like to pedal 😉. We asked the owner for some advices of where to visit during our stay, he gave us some great suggestions.

    Host was lovely, very welcoming and explained everything about the property. The room was large and comfortable and breakfast was great with lots of choice, and a fantastic view. Parking is off road and secure, and it’s just a couple of minutes drive to the lake shore

    We were the first who have the priviledge to try this accomodation. It has shops 1 minute away, parking is 50 meter, next to a road. Comfortable, with A/C. Fully equipped! The owner was really helpful.
