Great location...close enough to the lake to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet and not peak rates. Parking is easy, flat has everything you need including the elusive Italian kettle for those who like a tea. Host provides various tea bags in small quantities and a small bowl of typically Italian snacks and a bottle of water. Beds were very comfortable for our tastes and the bedding and towels were all very well cleaned and ironed. Place itself is clean and plenty of cleaning products around too, including hand sanitizer. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances easy to use. There are helpful labels on cupboards to save you searching around for everything. Self check in is a boon and the host makes himself very available if needed whilst also leaving you in peace if that's your preference. He speaks fluent English and all signage and notes are in both Italian and clear English. It's worth noting in advance that a limited selection of pressure/massage therapies are available on site for extra fees if you would like them. There's an information leaflet in the accommodation with treatments and prices. All in all, a friendly, comfortable stay where we felt welcome and well looked after whilst our privacy was entirely respected. Would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the Hotel, all amenities were great, our room had a Lake View, which was amazing, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, and the Hotel was brand new. Also, the small town of Cernobbio was the nicest place to stay around the Lake , it is a little gem indeed , we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

    The host was aggressive and argumentative.

    The host was aggressive and argumentative. The room was too hot to sleep in. No privacy to get to the bathroom, which was also very hot and lacked ventilation. WIFI was very weak. No kitchen, but in the entrance there was a microwave, kettle and small fridge shared between three rooms. (barely adequate) Poor security as the entrance to the accommodation was not locked. Good local pizza restaurant close by. Booked for two nights but only stayed one as it was very uncomfortable. Very bare bones basic accommodation. Not recommended.

    A really good place if you want to spend less money than in...

    A really good place if you want to spend less money than in Como and still have quick access to it (for example by bus). There are trails nearby, there is a supermarket and nice places to eat, like Retro Wine Bar and Il pacchero 2.0

    The location is top, the grounds are amazing.

    The location is top, the grounds are amazing. Great for families. The pool is unusually large. The accommodation is very clean and everything functioned for us. You can walk to a grocery store and the local restaurants deliver.
