We stayed there only for two nights.
We stayed there only for two nights. We've been skiing in Madesimo and sleeping in Chiavenna. We didn't spend a lot of time there. We were just passing on our way to sankt moritz, and had to stay, because of a heavy rain. We found a last minute offer in Pianazzola, which is a small village above Chiavenna. That place was absolutely stunning. Old stone houses, beautiful views, magical atmosphere. The apartment was very comfortable clean and new. It had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches had been added such as coffee pods washing up liquid etc. The host gave us clear instructions as to how best to reach the town.
