This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service from the entire staff was exceptional. They’re all very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and has more spaces then I realised to just relax. We also had both breakfast and dinner included and the food was exceptional! Overall, we’re both counting down to our next trip to the Dolomites so we can stay here again.

I usually prefer to stay at Airbnb than hotel, but this place changed my mind on what a good hotel can be. First of all hotel is run by women from one family so you get a feeling that you are very welcomed there, and whatever you ask they will try their best to do it. For example, owner went out of her way when one of the nights we could not get a taxi so she came for us instead of taxi and drove us back even though it was really late. And on the Friday night. Even took our friends to their place which was not on the way. It was very nice of them to do, must not have been easy. Second example, when we checked very late in the evening they gave us a quick dinner even though all of the places were closed. We expected a sandwich but got 3 meal course with wine, lovely surprise. The food was great too, during our stay saw plenty of people that were not staying in the hotel come for just the food and cozy atmosphere. You can fully have a nice evening after skiing and use a sauna, have a dinner maybe some drinks after and just relax. Many of guests do. Also the place is impeccably clean, not a single cobweb in sight. Rooms are spacious and there is a small river running by with the view of mountains from the window. Had great mornings and rest in there. It's on a quieter part of skiing town but I did not miss it, we had the best time. Hopefully we can come back soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Extremely convenient for getting around, both by car and train. Shops, banks, a supermarket, and guesthouses are available in the town center. The church, located on the road leading to Lake Issengo, is stunning. Along the Rienza River is a busy and well-maintained cycle path, leading both toward Brixen (Bressanone) and Innechen (San Candido).

The Vanea relax guesthouse is a perfect place for people, who value calmness and rest after an active day. The apartaments are of high quality and beautiful design, equipted with everything you need. The welness area and its privacy is amazing, like in 5* hotel. And it was probably the cleanest apartment I have ever been to! Anita, the owner, was always helpfull, I wish we met in person;) I recomend the place to both families and couples.

the pool and spa area were actually quite nice. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing — a good place to unwind It’s one of the few parts of the hotel that met my expectations and helped me feel a bit more relaxed during a stressful trip. If you’re just looking to enjoy the spa and pool, that part of the experience was definitely a plus.

Hotel Kronblick exceeded all my expectations. Super friendly staff, cleam rooms, awesome spa and sauna with cold plunge pool, spacious pools, great relaxing zone. Special kudos goes for a dinner - besides various offered food they offer special a la cart selection for dinner-one of them is great steak. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Amazing family hotel. Plenty of activities for kids (toddlers as well). Food is amazing as well as the staff. Room had plenty of space and was cleaned meticulously.
