The owner and all generations of the family do out of love. I arrived and it was about to rain and I was offered an umbrella. I was leaving in thunderstorm to wait at the bus stop across the street, and again I was offered an umbrella to leave at the supermarket where the bus stop is located. I was also allowed to check out late. Wonderful people and place.

Very kind and welcoming staff. Room was big, comfortable and bright, furniture was new. Got a surprise room upgrade. Everything was spotless and clean. Strongly recommend. Perfect room. Lovely stay.

Wonderful staff! Florentino went way beyond - prior to our stay she answered many questions about the bus from Bibbiena to Della Verna and even purchased bus tickets for us! The hotel was lovely, lots of character, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety....cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, breads, sweet breads, fruit, espresso. Highly recommended!
