We had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The self-check-in process was seamless, making it very convenient, especially when travelling with a young child. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. An awesome gem, and the hosts very demure and curtesy, a worth affordable option outside the hustle and bustle of main Rome. I would greatly recommend this. It is easily accessible via train from Roma Termini to Campiano , then a leisurely walk. Also the area is a real community with a Churches nearby as well as affordable Pizzerias, and there is a Burger King nearby and two good super markets. Lovely hosts who are able to give your space.

Absolutely gorgeous home-like place close to Ciampino Airport and easy to reach Rome Termini (a 15-min train and you are there). Special thanks to the owners for making this part of our Italian journey so incredibly cozy and remarkable, Andrea and Silvia are the best! Despite of our late arrival and agreement on self check-in, they met us and showed everything. The room is new and clean, has everything you might need, the bathroom is modern and very nice. You may use the shared kitchen where the owners serve some breakfast (coffee-tea, juice, yogurt, pancakes - croissants), if you would like to you could cook yourself, the kitchen is modern and has everything. The house also has a small beautiful garden with lemon and orange trees - a nice place to sit with a cup of coffee. We were lucky to be there when these trees were bloomed - fantastic scent. The owners thought about any tiny detail to make guests feel comfortable, they take really good care about the place. We stayed there for two nights but would love to stay more. Definitely recommended!

The host exceeded all expectations. He helped us when we got lost and was always available to assist. The accommodation is top quality: very clean, beautifully furnished, and everything thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the breakfast and snacks, which were available whenever we wanted. The large terrace is a perfect place to relax, and the room is very nicely decorated. There is also the option of an airport transfer for a small, symbolic fee, which made our arrival and departure very convenient. Right below the apartment, there is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere, which is an added bonus. Highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful setting in peaceful countryside location yet really handy for Ciampino airport and for Rome. The food was excellent (evening meal and breakfast) and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Characterful building with some lovely original features whilst also being clean and modern.

Good hotel to stay before early flight from Ciampino airport. Very responsive owner explaining everything in detail. Possibility to make morning coffee and arrange private shuttle to the airport. Close to the train station where public bus is leaving to the airport. Would stay again.
