The direct access to the lake is perfect - being able to swim in the beautiful lake whenever you please - in your own garden - is a dream come true! The scenery is breathtaking. Mattia was really very helpful and always on hand to answer queries or provide assistance. The apartment helpfully provides coffee and some toiletries and is well equipped meaning you can cook as you would at home. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is in a good location a minute from a bakery, bar and mini market and a restaurant with great food. The geographical location is great with Lugano Switzerland and Menaggio Como together with lots of other lakeside towns close by although a car was essential Free parking

This place is out of this world. My parents and partner stayed here for a week and had the holiday of a lifetime. The location is 10/10 and the view from our apartment took our breath away every morning. The staff couldn’t do enough for you either - so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is also incredible and there’s a lot of choice each evening. In the instance you’re looking for something more affordable the gorgeous town of Porlezza is a 20 minute walk away - which I highly recommend. During our stay my Mum turned 70 and my partner turned 30, they were both surprised with balloons, cake and bubbles which had been left for them to enjoy by the hotel. 10/10 worth a visit!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Our room was recently renovated and really modern. Everything was clean and well equipped. The staff was really friendly even though we can't speak any italian. The breakfast was simple but really delicious. The location is only 10-15 minutes by car from the next village at the lake. From there you can take a ferry to other parts of the lake. Over all we were really happy with our stay.

The location is fabulous - right above the lake. It has an old timey charm you feel like you’re in a Wes Anderson movies. Especially in the summer it must be wonderful, but early spring was also very pretty. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace in the common area is lovely.
