The hotel was amazing, super clean with all comforts. I strongly recommend for a beautiful holiday. The stuff was super friendly and ready to solve all your issues, but they were not any because it was everything perfect. For sure it is one of the most clean hotel I have been ever. The location is lovely, on the outskirts of the city. A lot of greenery to explore, together with great views for photos. The place is puppy friendly and has a great restaurant. The beds were comfy and I overall had a good night of sleep. The staff was also positive with no issues at all. Tons of parking outside and I overall felt safe.

Everything was perfect. Sig. Johnny was so gentile. He advised what to see in Civittavecchia, organised transfer to port for very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean, very big and equipped with all the necessary things, including plates, forks, microwave oven etc. Highly recommend this hotel

I can’t thank enough for the staff the “older gentleman “ is amazing . I’ve had to go to a place I didn’t had transportation it was a busy road with cars and lorry’s he kindly offers to take me and asked how I was going back to the city centre I’ve said I need to walk because I need to take money that amazing human gave me 3 euros from his pocket after he drop me in the first stop to catch the bus . Honestly it isn’t a 5 start hotel but kind warm people like this you can’t find anywhere. Please book them you are in good hands

    There is no easy walking access to the cruise port or terminals, you will have to book a taxi OR take a bus from the train station to the port (40e). It is confusing and not well detailed by the cruise companies - do your research. Taxi from the train station to an apartment is equally a hassle (30e minimum).

    Great location for a pre cruise stay.

    Great location for a pre cruise stay. You have to be in shape for the stairs! The setup to get in was horrendous. Room was big, bed comfortable (queen), bathroom good. It's a 4 bedroom apartment with a communal kitchen/ eating area.

    Taxi service: Worst I've ever seen or had to use! Reserved taxi for transportation from facility to cruise port on departure day - DID NO SHOW UP! Facility over 3/4 mile from any street used by taxis! Neighbors were able to contact taxi for us - prevented a disaster for us! No, I doubt I'd recommend this property/location to anyone - period! Booking.com needs to improve it's preview of properties and lot better!

    We loved the history, the restaurants, the views, the convenience to the terminal. The weather was fabulous! It was easy to walk everywhere. We even walked from the Norwegian Epic terminal to the train station on our return.

    Location was good, but there is no air conditioning, for such a hot place that is very poor as a fan is not enough to get a good night sleep, the bed sheets were very thin and not to a standard of most B &Bs, most of the miss match dishes and cups, glasses had to be cleaned first, would not recommend this place.

    Our room was a good size with all the facilities. Breakfast very basic but useful. Very clean and very looked after. The only reason I give only “fair”was the fact that the night was very noisy,because the two restaurants situated right underneath our room ,the stayed open very late at night . Was very hot weather and the lack of air on made it impossible to have the windows shut to reduce the outside noise. As a result we had a very uncomfortable sleep.

    Before going on a cruise from Civitavecchia, we stayed here for 3 days. A wonderful experience, Gianni is a superb host and the accommodation is perfect with a lovely breakfast included and full kitchen facilities. Scrupulously clean, beautifully presented and decorated right in the middle of the older part of the town, we had easy and convenient access to great restaurants, cafes and bars. Easy walking distance from the train station and the port terminal. Simply the best! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The B/B was very cute, location to resturants was excellent, we were there for only 1 night, due to going on a cruise the next day, port 2.5 blocks away, very convenient. Kitchen equipped with ham, cheese, pasteries cereal, juice, coffee and snacks. Person in charge of check in, was very nice and helpful, with information on transportation options from Rome to Civitavecchia, before our travel to Rome. All in all excelente experience. Would recommend to friends. 😊

    Our stay at Hotel Smart Cruise was excellent. The location to the port for cruising and to the sea was the best. Luca was so helpful, before and after we arrived, we can’t thank you enough for all your help. If we cruise from Civitavecchia again it’s where we’ll stay - it’s very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. If you haven’t booked then don’t hesitate!
