It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach, although you have to climb a steep hill to get to the house. The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with modern appliances. Even in mid-September, it was very useful to have air conditioning. Parking was right in front of the house. I especially appreciated the separate lockable garage for my bicycle. Sometimes the neighbors' temperamental phone conversations could be heard clearly, but not disturbingly. I think this is part of the Italian way of life :-)

What a great week we had! Yari, the hostess is very nice and helpful and she speaks good english. The apartment is fully equipped and the garden with the bbq makes it complete. Also highly recommended is restaurant and pizzeria La Vechia Stalla where Yari works.

Very nice service, delicious breakfasts. I confirm what I read in the comments before arrival - very clean. The location is ideal for people traveling by train - 4 minutes on foot to the station. Beach across the street. I recommend it wholeheartedly :)

This hotel is my new standard for the ideal relaxing holiday. If it wasn’t for my friend’s wedding I would have never stayed here, but I’m really happy we did. Normally I always want to explore the area, do stuff, be active. This time the hotel with its amazing garden and pool were all I needed. Go to the website, read the story about it and I promise this is exactly the atmosphere you’ll experience here. And besides the really well-collected mid-century/70’s/80’s design interior the staff is simply amazing. They are kind and they really understand their business. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And if you go, please also have a drink at the bar, take a massage (I didn’t, but it looked good) and enjoy the breakfast. Hope to come back here sometime.

In my opinion, this is a wonderful small town with very beautiful views and with a lot of cafes, bars, restaurants. I highly recommend it for traveling with children. The city has an excellent large playground right by the sea.

The views were amazing and very quite and private and the pool area was the highlight of this location, the apartment wasn’t great big but no washing up liquid sponges or broom to clean it as no one came in , to clean in the time we stayed , dosent look anything like the pictures on line either more dated, you need a car nothing walking distance and why charge a 5 star ⭐️ when it’s only 3 ⭐️

A small but very charming village, clean and equipped with tourist services. Restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores are all within a few meters. The beautiful promenade is elevated above the beach resorts, so while strolling, you can see the sea.

Clean seaside resort with private bathrooms.

Clean seaside resort with private bathrooms. Numerous free beaches. Quiet and popular. Excellent restaurants. Lovely pedestrian promenade along the seafront (which also extends to Varazze). One drawback: there are no public restrooms near parks and free beaches.

Cogoleto is somewhat neglected in terms of cleanliness.

Cogoleto is somewhat neglected in terms of cleanliness. Almost every restaurant only offers seafood. Really good restaurants can be found in Varazze or Arenzano. Cogoleto is at least a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

A classic Ligurian village with an internal alleyway lined with shops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, and a few hotels. A very wide beach with many public areas, often equipped with showers or drinking fountains. Little sand, mostly pebbles, and a clean, clear sea. The proximity to the Arenzano exit is a plus, and it can also be reached on foot via the 3 km coastal cycle/pedestrian path (formerly a railway line) in 45 minutes.

I love the property. Its near to train station. I think 6mins walk. The hotel is in front of the beach. Me and my family realy enjoyed the Hotel Room where we stayed. Its a family room that connected. The room is clean, well prapared. The staff are nice they are very approachable.

First of all: the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. By my observation, the business is run by a family and they are very professionals. Room are very clean ( a bit small) the food excelent and the pool is big, just across the gate.

The apartments are located on top of a hill and have a beautiful panorama view of Cogoleto. Nice place to stay in, great for families and children. Full of friendly and kind staff. It is 5 min drive to the beach and local shops.
