The host is so friendly. He makes the stay even more worthwhile. The room is big has a fan (that is really important in summer). Bathroom was very clean and big amazing to get ready for a night out. The location is perfect as well, very quite slightly remote. I will definitely book again.

The little amazing hotel is in a beautiful “old town” called Sacro Monte. You can do your own walking tour through the beautiful old streets. there is something special to see in every street and corner of the little town. We had a lovely room with a spectacular view! You really feel like you are in old town Italy. We were only there for one night, but it was still very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but it did not bother us. The bed was nice and the room was warm(we were there in winter). We had dinner at the Hotel’s restaurant. The dining hall was made up beautifully with lights, candles and flowers. The music was romantic and the atmosphere was very nice. The dinner was very good. It was expensive for us coming from South Africa with a much weaker currency, but we still enjoyed the evening a lot. Breakfast was also lovely on the outside balcony overlooking the valley.

We stayed for one week in the hotel, everything is perfect. Room is spacious and clean, adequately heated. Balcony is big. There is a small lake just next to hotel, ideal for a morning walk after breakfast. There is also a big playground next to hotel, perfect places for my kids to "release" the energy. Breakfast is decent with essential choices. The pancake machine is kids' favorite. Hotel is located conveniently close to Varese, lake Como and etc. One can plan day trips to surrounding area easily. There is a restaurant just cross the street from hotel, as hotel guests you can get a small discount there. Food are good there, with pizza, spaghetti, Pallela etc. On new year eve, hotel/restaurant also has a fantastic fireworks show, our balcony has the best viewing position.

Excellent service and very kind personnel overall. Very nice spa with both sauna and turkish bath, with a nice indoor pool. There was an outside pool as well but it was out of season so could not be used. The breakfast was of high quality. Parking is for free and behind the room so you could enter from the terrace as well.

The location is great. The hotel is fantastic and the welcome although was late in the night, was friendly. The receptionist did a very good job. Breakfast was tasty and also the person responsible for the breakfast was very polite and ready to give the maximum attention to the request of the guests.
