Sara was waiting for us to check in on Christmas Eve, so nice! 💛 we had a beautiful stay in the brand new mountain house. Nice bed, new kitchen & bathroom. Clean! Adventurous road up to the house, but what a view from the terrace!! Thank you for this amazing stay 🙏🏻

From the warm welcome at reception to the delightful service at the breakfast restaurant and the impeccable cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team, every interaction exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Victoria at reception for her kindness in upgrading my room to one with a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. Her attentiveness truly made my stay unforgettable.
