The room is beautiful, very comfortable and really very nice. It has everything you need and all kinds of details that make you feel at home. We arrived a little late and Luigi was waiting for us with a smile, they have been very kind and attentive at all times, and they have adapted to our needs, so we are very grateful to them. Clean and comfortable room with big bathroom. Very nice and friendly owner, ready to help and give recommendations for dinner, sightseeing, taxi and other things. Great location. Very close to city central street. The bus station is on the opposite side of the hotel and it was very easy to catch the bus in the morning. The public transport stop to the train station is also near the hotel.

    This was my second one-day visit to Cosenza, and I still haven't had time to fully explore. However, both the historic part and the modern centre are extensive, so are worth more time. I haven't yet explored beyond the old town for restaurants, but there is a good trattoria with friendly service next to the cathedral. (Calabria Bella)

    The unit was well equipped to host 5, clean and secure, but getting there was a little challenging as usually is when you travel in various cities in Italy. It is located in scenic area, near restaurants. The owner was accommodating to meet at when we arrived at 8:30pm. Andre is a nice guy to deal with.

    A great place to visit if you're into Medieval History in...

    A great place to visit if you're into Medieval History in general, and Frederick II in particular. In the new part of the city, there's an interesting "outdoor sculpture park." Lots of restaurants and locals there. Excellent restaurants serving Calabrese food.

    I was in Cosenza only to sleep; i was there to find the birthplace of my Nonna in a nearby village, and that is where i spent my time. I also spent time resting and writing in my apartment that was very comfortable.

    Both the old town and new town are extensive, and both are effective working, shopping and eating places. The old town has many interesting architectural features, and I also had dinner in the cathedral square, which was is a location of interesting character. The old town has very steep streets, but if you are fit enough, the effort will be rewarded. I will visit it again to explore it further.

    I loved the food from the coffee in the morning with fresh fruit , pastries , to pizza, pastas and all there deserts and let’s not forget the meats. The shopping is incredible. Cosenza history , culture and there piazza. Best part of all its affordable. People are friendly and helpful.

    Excellent place to reside whilst visiting Cosenza. Centrally located, secure parking, fantastic bed and bathroom facilities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served at a nice little bar around the corner and you have snacks and drinks in the room. Wish I could have stayed longer but I will be back! The host Luca, is great and gives good information about the local area.

    Excellent location, and although we didn't meet, communication with the host was very good. He gave us clear instructions how to self-check in, which were a little bit complicated, but that depends on a building. It's very good place to stay for one night in Cosenza, and it was easy to find a free parking nearby, although it might be more difficult in the full season. Good value for money

    New modern and fully equipped apartment building with free private parking lot (free street parking available with wide road). Safe neighborhood. It's easy to find using Google map navigation. It is very close to the new town and old town of Cosenza, only 3-4 minutes' drive away. It is very convenient as a rest stop for long-distance driving between Naples and Sicily.
