Carlo and Ettore are very nice and helpful hosts. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view to the mountains. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the sunny terrace. If you want to explore Lago Maggiore, this is the perfect place to stay. Carlo and Ettore can give you advise about what is worth to see.

Really friendly staff, great location on the lakeside with beach (and its own wonderful private swimming pool), brilliant restaurant serving top quality food. Lovely breakfast which was very good value. The room was a fair size , very clean and with excellent facilities (shower etc). Rooms on the lake side are much quieter and have the best views. Easy 1km walk to the village with its restaurants and supermarket. Dog friendly (there is even a dedicated beach next to the hotel for dogs !). Lovely walks in the hills and around the lake.

We had a beautiful room at the Palazzo overlooking Lake Maggiore. The design of the whole hotel was fabulous and everything we ate - breakfast, dinner, snacks - were all amazing. Expensive but worth it!

Beautiful, cozy, and intimate village.

Beautiful, cozy, and intimate village. It feels like if you forget your wallet in the square, no one will touch it. The bar opposite the church is excellent. The Antica Osteria Donna Francesca restaurant in the square is excellent. It was an exceptional event: a table with a cloth tablecloth and cloth napkins, but they didn't charge a cover charge, and the food was excellent, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

Old town with narrow streets, outside the city there are many hiking trails in the surrounding hills, I recommend visiting the gorge and waterfall, close to Lake Maggiore, there is only one restaurant in the town, you can only see the town on foot

There isn't much to say about the place.

There isn't much to say about the place. It's an ideal starting point for hikes. There are a few accommodations, a church, a small grocery store, and a restaurant, which is excellent. There's even a fast charging station.

A very beautiful mountain village, very clean, a restaurant...

A very beautiful mountain village, very clean, a restaurant with very good food, few tourists, you feel comfortable, you can walk through the illuminated village at night without worry, very quiet, no hustle and bustle, the place slows you down, the people are very friendly and everyone greets you warmly.

A small, charming village nestled on a hillside.

A small, charming village nestled on a hillside. The Osteria, located by the town hall, is very good. Reservations are recommended. There's a small supermarket (Conad). Further down the hill is a small bar where locals gather for coffee or a glass of wine. A large parking lot is nearby, which is also where locals park.
