We loved our short stay at casa della Cindy. It’s quirky but beautiful, perfect for a small group of friends (no double bed). Luciano met us at the apartment and showed us all the features, and was so nice and helpful. It’s s bit like staying in an alpine chalet, with amazing views and a very charming interior. I wish we had stayed for longer. If I’m in that area again I will definitely stay there again.

A beautiful place in a quiet part of Lake Como,, the photos don't do it justice. Mario and his wife are absolutely lovely hosts. Breakfast was amazing with home made spreads! The view from the property is fantastic. Highly recommend.

We tried different accommodation and travel options - hotels, organized tours, team building. This time we decided to try something new - to rent a villa for five. When we looked at the pictures, we thought it was a very beautiful place. But in reality, it turned out to be impeccable in all respects: location, cleanliness, order, interior, exterior, attitude of the owners towards the guests, etc. The commune of Dervio itself is a quiet and peaceful place. And unusually picturesque. All towns on Lake Como are good, but Dervio is something special. We traveled a lot on foot, and a perfect night's sleep gave us the strength to conquer new heights every day. We have not seen a more comfortable bed in any hotel. The homely atmosphere of Villa Dervio made us feel not as "at home", but at home. Everything was fantastic and fabulous. We didn't want to leave. Many thanks to Rosy, Stefano and all the staff at the villa for making our stay unforgettable! We really want to come back...

    Staf was great and helpful, cleaning staff was great and helpful also, the rooms were large and clean, there could be more amenyties like more pots and better glases, wine glases were OK other could be better, same goes for plates, there were no kitchen towels for drying the diahes, but this is just a recommendation that did not affect our stay. It is a great accomodation.

    We have friends who live in Dervio and visit every few years. It is a charming town, has most necessary amenities (parks, restaurants, gas station, grocery store, our favorite pizza place) and is situated on Lake Como with a lovely walking path along the lake. It's not as hectic and crowded as many towns on the east coast of Lake Como. It's a good place to stay for a peaceful overnight with easy access to the more touristy places during the day.

    Dervio is a small quiet town with friendly people.

    Dervio is a small quiet town with friendly people. Sail boating is very famous here and people from all over the world come here for that during the season. The restaurant Urban Fish by the lake is run by locals and is recommended. There was a wine tasting festival with live music and visit to the family wine cellars when we were there in mid September.

    As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many...

    As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many restaurants closed in the evening. Fortunately we found one opened 30 minutes away driving. Quiet small town, good to relax or trekking. After we explored the area other cities around were also interesting and some prettier. Dervio is good to stay and relax while visiting other cities around the lake Como.

    Very nice and quiet apartment! Perfect place to discover the Como lake. Perfect hospitality and very nice and clean apartment. In the front of the house the Italian traditional shop with the very good Italian food. The apartment is high recommendable !!!! Thank you

    Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake.

    Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake. But in Dervio you can find much more magnificent view on the lake and the mountains. You can also experience some water activity and enjoy the nature without so many tourists

    A traditional Italian villa split into apartments with a spacious enough parking and a lovely garden at the back of the property. Lago di Como is only a few minutes away on foot. The property manager Simone was just lovely - always striving to help and providing us with lots of helpful tips as his mission is to make guests fall in love with Lago di Como; he even surprised me with a delicious treat for my birthday which was so cool! Totally recommend it for a fantastic holiday!

    The property was in a beautiful location, very accessible to all the main attractions in Lake como. The host Stefano was extremely helpful with giving directions, advice on where to go and eat. He was very accommodating and even made some calls in Italian on our behalf for booking different activities. When we arrived we entered a pristine and well equipped apartment, Stefano also left us some Prosecco.

    The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and spacious, the hosts were attentive and accommodating. Only 2 min walk to the lake through a designated underpass (no roads to cross). The view was amazing. Only 5 min walk to the local cafe. Great value for money! would definitely try to book again when traveling to lake Como area or to Dervio.

    The apartment is located in the center of Dervio, just a few minutes away from restaurants, pizzerias and a train station. It's quite nice, fully furnished including kitchen appliances. Owner provides additional compliments like water, sweets etc. He reacts very quickly and helps with any types of question. Recommended for a family stay.
