Wow, we just left Masseria San Giovanni yesterday and I'm already planning my return trip! Seriously, that place was incredible. ☀️ It felt like staying in a gorgeous old castle, but with all the modern comforts you could ask for. Super peaceful location surrounded by olive trees, yet close enough to explore the town and beaches. The staff was amazing: friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A huge shoutout to Veronica, the front office manager! She was absolutely stunning, so helpful and kind, and she even recommended some fantastic local restaurants where we had the most amazing food. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated – they really thought of everything! Breakfast was a delicious feast of fresh local foods, and the pool was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Honestly, Masseria San Giovanni was just magical.

Location was amazing and the pools were great. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The standard of cleanliness was high. The food provided in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was beyond our expectations and we had a most enjoyable stay.

The place is nice and the rooms have a wonderful view. We watched the sunrise every day. The staff is also incredibly nice. The hotel is remote but you have a besch club with great food nearby. The pool was clean but we never used it.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center, which makes exploring very easy. Around the property there are both free and paid parking options, which was very convenient for us. The room itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you might need, including the possibility to cook if you wish. The highlight, however, was definitely the pool on the lower level. It was such a pleasant surprise — clean, atmospheric, and perfect for relaxing after a day of traveling. The entire place was spotless, and we were honestly impressed by the attention to detail. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend our stay by another day, but unfortunately the dates were already fully booked. I highly recommend this place and will definitely suggest it to my friends.

We have been traveling to Puglia for many (12) years but...

We have been traveling to Puglia for many (12) years but hadn't found Fasano until this time. Really nice town, great restaurants and excellent position relative to other towns like Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino etc. Easy access to the many beaches/beach clubs and tourist attractions like Alberobello (Truli world heritage site)

Its a great town to be central to some of Puglia's main tourist centric towns and near some of the better stylish Masseria's and Hotels. Eat at "La Destina" the sweetest staff and a home cooked style meal.

Lovely town and the people are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely town and the people are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants we ate at had great food and reasonably priced. Not a town mobbed by tourists, get to experience genuine Italian hospitality. Easy to get to the more touristy places like Alberobello and local beaches. We did a day trip to Matera which was about 1.5 hours drive and an excellent place to visit from here.

Sleepy medival city. Authentic centre. Restaurants have more or less the same menu, which were pretty simple Fasano is the perfect starting point to visit classic Puglia places like Locorotondo, Alberobello, Bari, Monopoli, Polignano a mare, Ostuni. and many more.

We stayed on the outskirts of the Fusano as our main...

We stayed on the outskirts of the Fusano as our main interest was in the surrounding area. Fusano is not a very interesting town. However, we dined one evening at the most superb restaurant. Cannot praise La Locanda D’Martume highly enough. This gem can be found on via Santa Teresa. The menu is as sophisticated as anything we found in Rome and mine host is a welcoming and warm companion throughout the journey. Price is excellent. Go there if you can get a booking!

Visit the area around Fasano : Torre Canne a is very nice village where you can find nice beaches and very good restaurants- the Masseria Terralonga offers a very, very good curated list of recommendations You need a car - take the smallest you can get - everything is so close

The place is great for relaxing holidays. The room was perfect, design of the hotel and rooms is also beautiful, outdoors and pool are giving such relaxing vibes. The staff was very helpful, they gave us tons of recommendations, places to go, good restaurants etc. Overall, very very good value for money. (Ps. We explored Puglia from Ostuni to Monopoli from this hotel and all of the cities mentioned are in good reach with car)

Suite Matteotti is a cozy, very comfortable accomodation, close to the center of FASANO and 2 lovely beaches (by bus, Savelletri-wild b. and Torre Canne-Lido la Zanzara-sand). Everything is new and modern with an old vibe roof. You feel like you are in a trulli, but much more comfortable. The property manager is very helpful and kind. Everything was more than 5 stars. Grazie! 🤗

The house was very well appointed, with lots of extras we were not expecting - coffee, tea, biscuits, wine, water etc. Very clean. In a good central location in Fasano but still peaceful. The host was very responsive to messages.

Nice charming, 2 level flat nicely renovated with roof deck. In center of Fasano. Host was extremely helpful and drove around to find free parking for us. Only downside, steep stairs to access.
