our 3rd time staying there and staff very efficient and friendly. Free parking and 5 km from airport which we walked from after returning rental car. There is a very good family Italian restaurant within a 5 min walk as well as a large grocery store to pick up drinks for room fridge...... would def stay there again

A nice host. Very convenient location. It took us 15 minutes to get to the Old Venice by car. There is also a great supermarket close to the place. The apartment is nice and spacious. We have three kids and it was very convenient to stay at Casa Gena. There is also a parking space close to the house.

Everything was perfect! The place is so nice, clean, comfortable! There is everything you need. I received accurate instructions for everything ! The host answered immediately when I had questions, thanks for package breakfast and water! Around the accommodation is pizzaria, coffee, shop to buy tickets for the bus and vaporetto, bus stops. Quiet and safe suburb where is located some nice hotels for all budgets. Quite a lot of comfortable & safe hotels at affordable price rates. Same for eating places, pubs and bars. Transportation is very easy and cheap during the day.

Its easy to commute into the ancient city of Venice on the tram. It is a residential area with plenty of local snack bars and some very good restaurants. Its just 3 miles/5km from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again! good bar next door. very easy to get too.

Everything was as described. The reviews of other travelers helped us a lot. (Regarding the means of transportation to Venice). The only unpleasant aspect was that the floor in the room was not clean, it was dusty.

The location is great - in 2 min walk bus stop and tram stop - both to Venice. Suggestion - use bus which is faster, you will be in Venice in 15 min. Parking place to the hotel. A local restaurant in 10 min walk. Nice and safety quarter.
