Hotel staff were wonderful it's a Family run hotel and little touches like coming out to help bring the suitcases in and the same when we left were very appreciated.The Spa was one oc the nicest I've been to and when you book it you have private access lots of candles had been lit for us and lots if attention to detail.So relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful with a lovely waitress and the choice of indoor or outdoor tables.Parking in a private car park is available and was free. The whole hotel is set on the side of the mountain so has multiple levels and steps. If you have difficult with stairs be sure to book a ground floor apartment. We really enjoyed our stay the walk to the beach is about 10 mins down a path and some steps not too steep and very straightforward.We also appreciated the discounted ferry codes and restaurant and beach access associated with the hotel Available on request.The hotel is 3 star but the service and decor was 5 star. The beach itself is white sand and shallow clear water you have to go out a bit to swim. The whole atmosphere on the beach was very chilled and peaceful and facilities were eccellent there are 2 Private beach access and 2 free beaches. The restaurant on the beach was amazing a huge choice of food from salads to sandwiches to pasta and fritto misto of fish.Also very good prices and well organised there is also a bar for fresh gelato and coffee and cocktails and a edicola and gift shop with the building.This was a big plus as we could walk down from the hotel and relax on the beach all day and everything we needed was there.Would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel and the Fetovaia beach and bar.

I basically liked everything. Since our arrival, Mrs. Gabriella warmly welcomed us and treated us like friends, not guests. It was wonderful! The house is on a small hill from which you can enjoy a picturesque sea view and it is only 5 minutes from the closest beach of Fetovaia. I really suggest Fetovaia as a location for your stay because from there you can decide either to visit the towns towards the south-center of the island or to follow the road that brings you to other sensational beaches like Pomonte's and Chiessi's. Thanks a ton to Gabriella for having helped us live an unforgettable experience!! Extremely recommended :)

Very good location a few minutes from the beach. The apartment is not big, but it is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There are also nice restaurants in the village of Fetovaia. The surroundings are very beautiful, lots of walks. The owner was helpful in solving unexpected problems.

A very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location. We booked a room with a partial sea view, but were given a beautiful room with a balcony and a full view of the bay. I must say that the staff is very, very friendly, especially the lovely lady at the reception...always smiling and sooo kind! Highly recommended.

The location is perfect if you want relaxation and quiet - the view from our room was terrific - the terrace huge (two sun beds and a table!) and the walk to the beach is fine but the property is not for those with walking issues. Dinner was fabulous - we ate one night there and one night at a small place up the road which was also terrific, but that’s it unless you have a car and can drive. There is a bus service that can take you to other parts of the island which is easy to use - the staff at the hotel drove us to the stop and back which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this gem if you want seclusion.

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. I love the location, the staff and the breakfast is quite simple but more than enough. What I love this hotel is the simplicity with summer looks and feeling. Big rooms and nice showers. 2 minutes walk there is a almost hidden beach to go for a quick or longer swim.

Very nice hotel, we stayed in a family room which was quite big and close to the beach. The beach was very nice, with clear water and sand. Beach umbrellas are assigned to each room. We also tried the beach restaurant which was ok, and there are some good restaurants in the village by the beach as well.

    Fetovaia is located in the south-west part of the island.

    Fetovaia is located in the south-west part of the island. It is approx. 45 minutes away from Portoferraio Ferry Terminal by car. Fetovaia beach is a small beach with sand, there is also a restaurant there, which provides good choices in its self-service for the lunch on the beach. Near Fetovaia, you can reach also Cavoli beach and Seccheto Beach in 5-10 minutes or Marina di Campo beaches in 15 minutes. Since Fetovaia, Cavoli and Seccheto are little bays, the sun goes away little earlier, so plan to arrive early in the morning
