Our hostess Rosanna was expecting us there and immediately brought us in and showed us where to park our car - inside the house's yard, as it were. She also gave us a complete set of instructions. Her son Vincenzo speaks excellent English and went out of his way to help in any possible way. The place itself is a great seaside vacation spot located some 50 metres from the beach. The beach is nicely sandy, with very fine sand and easy access to the sea (no rubble, no stones to trip you and hurt your feet, as is often the case). The house is totally great - newly built/renovated, with great finishings and overall quite beautiful, better than what is seen in the photos. Half of the house belongs to Rosanna's sister Antonella, who was there the whole time to give us guidance and help. She was a great companion and we became good friends in the end - ciao, Antonella :) We really did have a great time.

Great location, beach front & 5 minute walk to the historical town. Staff were friendly & accomodating. Amelia spoke great English and was very helpful. The owners recommended us a great place for dinner & were kind enough to make a reservation for us.

    Foce Varano is an almost abandoned place - it seems like it...

    Foce Varano is an almost abandoned place - it seems like it used to be touristy but at least in June is empty. Going there we went through a road with more than 2 abandoned hotels and the central area is not welcoming.

    It's a small hotel with a great outside pool. A bit dissapointing is a fact, you can't go to pool without a cap. Hotel is located near a tourist village, which was at time of our stay in June a complete construction site. Room was basic, but ok. Breakfast had enough of variety, good coffee. Pizza in hotel's restaurant was delicious. Big parking available. All together, great value for the price.

    Lovely family run hotel in excellent location really close to the beach. The room was comfortable and quiet, the terrace has beautiful views of the beach. We were there in September when weather still gorgeous, but there aren't many people around and lots of places were closed. Still there's a nice restaurant close and small bar for an evening drink.

    The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is outstanding compared to typically italian breakfast in hotels in italy. You find everything you need and everything is organic and fresh. The food is really delicious and the price is also good. We used the restaurant every night.

    The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly and polite. We stayed 2 days and ate both days in the restaurant - the food is great, especially the pizza. The pool is clean and very nice.

    Nice and clean hotel right on the sandy beach. We really enjoyed the location. A cafe / bar is 2 minutes, a restaurant 5 minutes walking distance away.
