Everything was perfect. The hotel itself has a lot of character and welcoming environment. The stuff were extremely helpful, they gave us advice for dinner and drinks and details about the town and the area. The room was huge and really comfortable to arrange our stuff. Bathroom amazing -big and clean- heating was appropriate for the temperature outside ( since we arrived in a cold day).

The staff were all very nice, and a special mention for Eduardo, who was so helpful and informative with the restaurant menu. He also gave us so much information about the local area. The restaurant food was exceptional and we enjoyed every meal.

It was our second visit as we enjoyed it so much the time before. we never thought it would be better this time but is was. The staff were amazing and the restaurant first class. Our 2 x visits to the spa were memorable. This place is a must !
