There is pretty much nothing to fault. The stay was amazing. Our stay in this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms are in a beautiful medieval palace in the heart of Siena. It is quite a small hotel, which makes it feel very homely and cozy. The room was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that one would expect from this price range. What struck me particularly was how big the rooms were, how clean and how big and comfortable the bathtub was. In the morning there was an incredible breakfast spread waiting for us downstairs. But the most special thing about the hotel were the employees. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable and positive. Thank you all so much! You deserve a pay rise.

Perfectly located to reach tourist attractions. Excellent clean hotel, comfortable and the staff on reception was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nearby to lots of cafe and restaurants and close to main square, markets and shopping. Would highly recommend the hotel as a superb place to stay!
