The host is an amazing man and he was friendly with my baby and he was really helpful and understanding person. The apartment is very very clean! and has it's private parking. The host is living in the next door so whenever you need him he will be with you in a second if not his wife will be there!

IMPORTANT: we made a mistake, we parked at the parking spots in the "passagio" thinking this is part of the hotel, but it wasn't and 2 windows of our car were broken and our stuff was stolen from thw car. The hotel's personnel was so empathic and kind to us that it helped a lot to overcome the problems related to that. Thank you very much, guys!!!

Breakfast was perfect! Tost, cereals, croissant, fresh bread, jam, nutela, meat, cheese, juice, coffee, tea, cake, fruit yogurt, fruit salad and fresh fruit. Hotel is a bit distant from the city, but metro is perfect, every few minutes and bus line 46 for 10 minutes and you are in hotel. Its next to autostrada but noise inside the room is very small. Bathroom is big and nice. Bad is comfortable. Staff Roberta was very helpful and kind.

We recently stayed at the NH Hotel in Milan, and overall it was a very good experience. The hotel itself is clean and nice, and the staff were really wonderful—very helpful and friendly. On the positive side, the hotel is indeed close to a train station, as we had read before. Just be aware that you need to cross a large bridge to get to the other side where the station is actually located. Once you're at the train station, it's pretty straightforward to connect to other suburbs and get around. In summary, it's a good idea to let other travelers know that while the hotel itself is great—especially the breakfast and the overall setup—just keep in mind the bit of extra walking and the slight location quirks. But overall, yes, it's a good stay! Important Metro Tip for the Hotel Location The hotel is located near Assago Milanofiori Forum, which is the last stop on the M2 green line. At first, this confused us a lot. When you get on the train from Milano Centrale or anywhere in the city center, you might think the train goes straight to the end station. But it doesn’t always! The green line splits, and some trains stop earlier at Famagosta. At Famagosta, you have to get off and wait for the next train that continues in the direction of Assago Milanofiori Forum (the last station). If you don’t realize this, you might think you’re on the wrong train or miss your stop. Once we figured it out, it was easy: Take Metro Line 2 (green). If the train ends at Famagosta, just get off. Wait for the next one that continues to Assago Milanofiori Forum. From there, the hotel is close by, but you’ll also need to cross the big bridge from the station to reach it.
