It was like we had arrived at a little oasis with palm trees and succulents scattered throughout the property. Small boutique venue of maybe 12 rooms. Barely saw any guests during our stay in September. Beautiful estate, architecturally spot on for a Tenuta experience, pool and boutique bar adjoining was very photogenic and pleasant. Staff were always on hand and were extremely eager to converse and share their thoughts in a casual friendly manner. On site chef bakes pastries daily from scratch, RARE find. Definitely recommend but you need your own transport to explore the area.

The B&B is located 10 minutes away from Gallipoli in front of the beautiful Spaggia di Lido Conchiglie. It is a new construction with a marvellous garden, and everything is exquisitely decorated. Very spacious room with the required amenities. Beautiful bathroom, nice towels. Delicious Italian breakfast. Excellent communication and very kind staff always taking care of us. It is a wonderful and calm place. You can park in the streets around the building. I loved it. An excellent choice.

Breathtakingly beautiful accommodation. Best host EVER! Superb location. We can't say enough good about this elegant, charming, exquisitely restored ancient building; its decor, architecture, facilities, comfort, roof terrace, and staff. WOW factor in evidence everywhere. Such careful attention to every detail from the ever helpful Matteo and staff - genuinely classy place. I don't usually describe my review scores - but this is special! We stayed 7 nights with 2 teenage children. Super comfortable beds & pillows, ensuite, air con, all mod cons - too many extras to mention. 10 out of 10!

The rooms are great - big, new, clean, spacious and minimalistic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the city- with car it’s very convenient. The voucher for G-beach is amazing! Don’t skip this beach, it’s beautiful, secluded and exclusive! We went in early June and it was amazing- picturesque, luxurious, crystalline water and not overcrowded- probably due to the high prices- a set of sunbeds and umbrella costs 80eu there, BUT with the voucher from the hotel - you get it for FREE. Overall great value for money! Thank you for hosting us!

    Gallipoli Town is charming and full of character. The historic center is lovely to explore on foot, with narrow streets, vibrant markets, and beautiful architecture. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants serving fresh seafood, and the views of the sea are stunning. The town has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for sightseeing and enjoying local culture. Definitely worth a visit!

    Gallipoli is really beautiful.

    Gallipoli is really beautiful. There is the old town which is very touristy. It is nice to walk around, buy souvenirs or get lunch/dinner. The beach is nice but crowded. Outside of the old town (on other side of the bridge), there are more locals and the prices are cheaper for lunch/dinner/drinks. There is a long avenue with nice shops and places to eat. I stayed in the old town (5-minute walk from the beach) and it was perfect. The only annoying thing is that taxis cannot enter the old town. It was difficult to bring our suitcases from the train station up into the old town. It was a 20-minute walk in very hot weather. When leaving Gallipoli, we ordered a taxi but the taxi can only come as far as the bridge, so we still had to walk for 10 minutes with our cases. This was difficult in the heat with cobblestones and small paths or streets. Gallipoli is very walkable and easy to get around. It is nice to do a walk along the seafront at night and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants.

    Amazing city, the only problem is Car parking space, if you want to stay in the historic center, this is the place as it is close to everything. The host was very polite and help us with very nice tips. The accommodation is big enough, I would truly recommend The problem is parking cars, you just have one parking space nearby and is crowded.

    We enjoyed the beach in the middle of the old city, and incredible place where you can have a drink, enjoy the sea and have a view on historical places. Very lively city worth stepping by! the other positive point is that you can still park without paying a fee easily.

    Gallipoli is one of the most beautiful places in Apulia.

    Gallipoli is one of the most beautiful places in Apulia. Only perhaps Lecce and Matera can compete with it, but both of those places lack the close by seaside that Gallipoli features. In Gallipoli you can spend your day enjoying dolce far niente at the beach and go and dine in one of the many great restaurants in town. The town, built onto an island on the waterfront, is very neat and developed out of medieval times and has many well maintained old and beautiful buildings. If you plan a trip to Apulia, Gallipoli is a must see!

    Low key and relaxed.

    Low key and relaxed. Didn’t need dinner reservations bc there are so many great eateries! Very easy to get around. Always felt safe. La Grotto delicious Gusto is a great place to enjoy a delicious, but not overpriced, dinner. Beach was accessible. Rental chairs not expensive. Parking free on edge of old town. A great value for your spending.

    This is a very special hotel. It is an old palace of Gallipoli and the family welcome you into their home. It has been beautifully restored and the rooms are stunning. There are only 5 rooms so you are treated as part of the family. The breakfast is amazing. There are so many choices from fresh fruit to Moms fabulous homemade food. we had such a lovely time with Giuseppe, Fernando and Mom. This is the only place to stay in Gallipoli. We hope to go back some day.

    Extremely clean room. Anna was very kind and available at every request. Breakfast on the balcony was an experience in its own right. The central location in the old town allowed for a fully embedded experience and the nearby Purità beach meant we never had to move the car. I never wanted to leave Gallipoli and part of the reason was this hotel and its staff.

    Great buffet breakfast. New hotel just 5 mins walk from the old town in Gallipoli. The rooms are a great size , there is a pool on the roof and the staff were very friendly. I had a spa treatment which was very nice and decent price. We had a car which the staff attended to for Eur 20.
