The location is at the beginning of the bridge, which is the place that has the best view and at the same time no need to carry our luggages up the steep bridge. The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!

We loved absolutely everything! The host was incredibly kind, the room was enormous (half a house), and the breakfast table was fully set. There was plenty of local food and drinks, along with the option to make coffee yourself. The atmosphere was cozy and delightful, and the price was excellent.

The location in a small medieval village is just perfect. The apartment is new, very clean, and comfortably furnished. Our son was absolutely thrilled with the rainbow lighting in the shower :) The owner is kind and always ready to help. You can also enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast at a nearby café, with fresh pastries and great coffee.

Graffignano is situated in a green, hilly, agricultural area. It's a wonderful place to unwind and relax. We highly recommend Alviano Castle and the restaurant just below it.

Graffignano is a simple town, with pleasantly...

Graffignano is a simple town, with pleasantly straightforward people, in a perfect location for visiting Tuscia. The surroundings are charming, the connecting roads are easily accessible, and the tourist sites are fascinating. I don't recommend visiting this summer season, however, because of the heat alone, as it can be a bit tiring.

The owner was kind and helpful, even with regards to changes...

The owner was kind and helpful, even with regards to changes in arrival and departure times. The directions for getting there and picking up the keys were simple and precise. The bed was comfortable, and the house was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast could have been improved, but it was good and had a variety of options. Highly recommended!
