Everything. Quite frankly everything. From the apartment itself, to the location (wonderfully cool in the Italian summer) with an amazing view of Vesuvius, to the pool to the hosts, everything was perfect. Michela and Francesco are the most amazing hosts, able to quickly react to any issue and full of tips and advice (real Neapolitan advice!). We honestly felt like family while we were there.

The apartment homeowner Patrizia was there to meet upon arrival. She was so nice, polite and thorough in explaining all the details about apartment. Patrizia also left me a big tray of breakfast snacks for the week, and refreshments in the fridge. Apartment is very clean and spacious. Nice kitchen if you want to cook meals. Location is 20 minute walk to the beach or the subway station which can bring you anywhere from Napoli to Pompei or Sorrento. There is a big grocery store 2 minutes walk from apartment.

We visited in early November, and were blessed with glorious weather, in the off season would recommend hiring a car to discover the Amalfi coast, yes narrow roads and very twisty and Italian driving can be a little unnerving at first, but after an hour of driving you begin to understand how everyone else drives and generally Italian are courteous, just need to go for it a little. Hire a small car! Gragnano is not a tourist town, but you get the feel how Italians live. It is perfectly located to explore some great places.

Gragnano is historically a pasta capital and extremely...

Gragnano is historically a pasta capital and extremely closed to Pompei. In one evening you can have an idea of the place and have an incredible pasta experience at a local restaurant. Gragnano is somehow perfectly located in the middle of world-wide known holiday and visit sites. If you have a private transportation mean you can have one/two weeks you will remember for a life time.

It's centrally located for visiting Pomorie and the Amalfi Coast. The hotel is not recommended because there are daily parties and a lot of noise. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful, very clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent food.

A very lively town with many shops and in the immediate...

A very lively town with many shops and in the immediate vicinity of the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii...very well located with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. I recommend coming either mid-July for the Feast of the Virgin or in August for the Assumption...numerous fireworks.

Beautiful and interesting, especially for some of the churches. I ate at a restaurant in Lettere, with a breathtaking view. Walking is recommended, but driving isn't recommended due to the traffic and limited parking.

Francesco was an incredible host. He welcomed us in to his home like we were friends. He went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. The room itself was immaculate and we came home to a fresh room everyday. The daily breakfast was great too, my husband and sister are still talking about his coffee. Comfy bed, air con, wifi were all waiting for us after a long day of exploring southern Italy. Our best meals so far have been in Gragnano.

Fabio met us smiling late in the evening, gave us a lift to great local restraint Milo. The property was in the middle of bustling mad gragnano but was a wonderful way to’feel’ naples. Not glam, not perfect but real life Napoli. Driving was insane but safe parking lock up down 2 alleys under a building. We were even given a bottle of local Grandads wine. Local square pizza from family shop excellent. All in all a great experience.

The host is helpful, responsive and kind. The parking garage is a great asset. A good spread of breakfast items provided. Great facilities and very comfortable bed with an amazing view. The location is very convenient, slightly out of Gragnano in the Monte Lattari foothills with easy access to local facilities as well as nature
