I was genuinely sad to leave this apartment — it was such a wonderful stay. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and everything inside was neat, tidy, and very well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be recommending this apartment to my friends and family. A fantastic experience all around!

Amazing apartment, loved it, and its garden. Spacious rooms. The location is not too far from Menaggio, and there are many hiking trails around, no need for a car. The host provided with all what was needed and also umbrella for the rainy day, which is great!

Very nice hotel, were there at the end of August 2024, main reason why we choose it was pool with great view on lake, but when we arrived to hotel, we were supprised with location, beautiful garden and place itself. We felt like we were in our own Villa and not in a hotel, it was very cool to rest near pool. The hotel has its own underground parking, thanks to which the car did not heat up in the sun and the hotel area looked neater. Wonderful friendly staff, a beautiful room with its own entrance to the garden, where you could put up sunbeds and relax while admiring the beauty of the lake. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast on the terrace of the main restaurant. Unfortunately, we were only in this hotel for one night, but we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Varenna. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and equipped with a washing machine, which is especially convenient for long trips like us when you need to do some laundry. The breakfast was good, and the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the trail walk down the hill to Varenna town, where I discovered an amazing restaurant. Walking back up trail to the hotel after dinner was an unforgettable experience

    Good location not far from city center of Menaggio, 20 minutes from Villa del Balbianello. It has a restaurant for dinner but there are plenty of good one nearby hotel , good basic breakfast, very welcoming staff/owner. Nice swimming pool for kids with mountain background with plenty parking space. You can take ferry w/o car from Cadenabbia to Bellagio, just leave the car in nearby parking area (paid parking) and you have more relaxing walk. Room was big enough for 4 of us and clean.

    Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool was a great place to relax. Easy to find location and ample parking. The front terrace area was great to sit and have a coffee/beer. Bar and restraunt prices were very reasonable. Location was handy for Balcony of Italy and close to the Swiss border. A genuine family run business who care and take pride in their hotel.

    Breakfast was great! With bread, yoghurt, coffee, cheese and hams. We could even repeat the coffee!! The people attending the guess were always great and willing to help. The restaurant at the hotel serves plenty of local italian food cooked by themselves.
