A very nice villa with a magnificent garden, very elegantly furnished. Riccardo is very friendly and attentive and the breakfast is very good and more rich than typical Italian breakfasts. You can have breakfast in the sumptuous living room or outside next to the garden.

Best staff in any hotel I've ever stayed in 👍nice clean hotel.I highly recommended staying here in brusimpiano if you are going to visit lugano, the staff will show you everything you need to know about getting around lugano and surrounding areas.2 minute walk to the restaurant and pub and a really cheap cafe with sandwiches wine coffe even vapes.

This is a lovely, beautiful hotel with friendly staff in an old building. Do not expext luxury, but it is charming a place, the walls are full of paintings, colourful, with a good restaurant and continental breakfast.
