Very nice and cosy hotel located by the lake shore! The view is just breathtaking and all the rooms have a lake view! Fantastic and very big balcony, very nice people at reception desk. Trully a place where we wish to come back ASAP!

What a nice hotel, very lovely staff. The view is great. It’s located in a very great spot, the highlight of this hotel is breakfast, it has been the best included breakfast we’ve had in a hotel, parking is free as well.

It’s very good apartament, spacious good for family with kids - max for 5 person family or two couples. Close to lake Como and other destinations. Very clean, washing machine is as well and kitchen!

Very clean, lots of amenities such as a kettle, microwave, cups, plates, washing machine, AC and TV. It was very easy to navigate around the property. It is a little far to get to. The host was great with communication. There’s a lovely panorama view and it’s really close to the water.

A wonderful experience! The hostess is incredibly kind and helpful, and both she and her partner have a truly beautiful attitude toward animals, which we really appreciated. Although breakfast isn’t officially included, in reality, everything you might need in the morning is there – water, fruit, coffee, pastries, jams, sweet treats, and the hostess even offered us yogurt. The accommodation is part of a historic castle, which gives the whole stay a unique and special atmosphere. Just a short walk away, there’s a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the countryside. The town itself is small, but feels like it’s just on the verge of being discovered – peaceful for now, with a lovely and welcoming charm. We truly felt at home here. The owners' approach deserves applause. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully detailed. We’re rooting for the owners – and for those still hesitating: don’t. It’s absolutely worth it!

The location was great, the apartment was well kitted with everything you need to cook. The view was amazing even when we had rainy weather! The apartment was also very modern, spacious and comfortable. The host does not speak much English, so just come prepared with Google Translate app or so. We took a drive up through to Splugen (Switzerland) which was very special for my wife who had never seen snow (coming from South Africa).

    Nice small village on the north west side of Como lake, with a small boulevard, a few nice restaurants, ice cream place and boat connections to other villages around the lake. A large supermarket is nearby for all the major shopping. Many cities and villages worth visiting by car within 1.5 hrs driving (eg Milano, Lugano, Bergamo). Not so touristic as the southern part of the lake, beautiful views, surrounded by mountains.

    Gravedona is a beautiful and relatively quite place.

    Gravedona is a beautiful and relatively quite place. There are a charming shore walk and a mountain walk with breathtaking views. There is a small family beach for swimming and Iperal supermarket for buying food. It is connected with other places by good roads (new amazingly long tunnels are build to shorten the travel on both sides of the lake) and boats that traverse the lake showing pictures towns running down the mountains to the lake shore. There is a boat rent in Dongo next to Gravedona, where the boat can be rented for a short (one-two hours) or long term. The closest places of interest - the Piona Abbey, the Orrido di Bellano, Varenna.

    A small town with lots of charm.

    A small town with lots of charm. Leaves behind the hustle bustle of the busier towns and cities in Como. Very relaxing. Easy to get to. There's some great food places nearby for pizza and late night gelato

    A very warm welcome by the staff made check in easy. The hotel is in an amazing location right in front of the lake with plenty of amenities around the area including ferries to other villages on the lake. The room was reasonably spacious with all you need and a nice balcony to sit out and watch the sun go down. The bar and bistro downstairs are lovely and we weren't disturbed by any noise. We will definitely be back. Thanks

    The hotel is situated in a beautiful town on Lake Como. It is served by nice restaurants, cafés and bars. The hotel has a lovely pool area to relax by. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of foods. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Very cute hotel with lovely staff. The location is great, less than a ten minute walk to the lake which is beautiful! We hired a car in Milan and parked it at the hotel which was ideal as we were able to explore the towns surrounding Gravedona.

    Gorgeous location! The views from the terrace over the Lake Como are magical. Such a quiet spot. Just be advised that to get there you have to go through narrow mountain roads.
