Best place we have ever stayed! If you ever visit this area do not hesitate and choose Villa Balis Crema Verona! Our room was amazing and the landscape makes the place even better. Beautiful renovation of an old family estate set in the wine fields of Grezzano and a stone’s throw from Verona. The owner was passionate about his family history and this showed in a.wonderful mix of modern and traditional. We were welcomed and looked after magnificently; and of an evening took in the opera Carmen at the Verona Arena. All in all a delightful stay.

We had a great experience during our three nights stay in this beautiful villa hotel. The villa itself is like a museum. The owners make a lot of efforts to maintain the traditional decorative settings meanwhile having installed modern facilities. The entrance hall and the big salon upstairs are very impressive with antique wall and ceiling decorations, furnitures, paintings, statues, music instruments, etc. Breakfast is served in antique porcelains and table wares. The room we stayed is completely renovated with traditional furnishings and beautiful spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the very old trees and well selected plants in the garden. There is even an old chapel as part of the building to hold wedding ceremonies. The owners are very nice people and are very knowledgeable on this area. The restaurant nearby offers delicious food.

Amazing experience,i like that the owner of the property goes above and beyond to make the customers happy, i love the nice high quality sheets of the bed, the mattress, the towels and pretty much everything as it looks like the owner went the extra mile to provide the best experience.Nice breakfast also too!

The location was excellent, very central and convenient to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great good selection of hot cold sweet and savoury and the staff serving were lovely. We have stayed in Verona several times and this will definitely be our port of call next time , I highly recommend this accommodation.

    Grezzana is located near Verona the home of “Romeo and Juliet”. Grezzana itself has some small eateries and a few bars and service station for fuel. There are a number of buses a short walk from the hotel to take you to and from Verona for a few euros and a twenty minute ride if that. I would not bother to drive into Verona, you would struggle to find parking etc. Grezzana is a small place with working vineyards nearby. “La Pergola” is a fantastic hotel and the staff are excellent. They have a restaurant with reasonable prices located inside the hotel. I recommend the hotel highly.

    Beautifully furnished spacious rooms with big kitchen where hostess made us 3 freshly baked cakes with coffee juice and bread and jam for breakfast. Really comfy beds and well equipped bathroom. Quite an industrial town but great pizza restaurant our hostess recommended..really friendly and helpful. Great for a 1 night stopover to visit Verona.Thankyou and I would definitely recommend b and B Gemma to other travellers!

    A beautiful house with amazing interiors and a great family history. All bedrooms, the living room and kitchen were nicely decorated and equipped. Their garden had a very positive vibe and typical plants from the region. Verona was around 20 min. by car and the Lago di Garda was reachable in around 50 min. Supermarket and restaurants were also easy to reach.

    Great location in the hills overlooking Verona, beautifully and stylishly refurbished 16th century structure with beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Care and attention was given to the smallest details. Fully recommended this beautiful hotel.

    Perfect apartment inside a vineyard and olive trees very close to Verona. The place is new and very clean. Great view from the balcony. Fantastic, discreet and helpful owners. Delicious wine is produced there. Strongly recommend.
