We stayed for two nights in an attic room. The room, including the bathroom, had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The service of all staff was excellent but Cristina, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!

Walking distance to station and easy to get to. Impressive architecture and interior design. Totally modern and well thought out room design. Very kind and attentive owners/staff. Easy to communicate with hotel prior to arriving and very detailed information given about check in. Wonderful breakfast in morning.

Alessia and her staff were amazing! She met us at the train station because we had a lot of luggage, and accompanied us to the nearby hotel on foot! We had just stayed in a five-star hotel in Zurich that promise to meet us at the train stations but never did. So the experience with Alessia was better than being at a five-star hotel! Sei stelle!

Hotel is aged and has 80s vibes, but I don't mean like Chornobyl instead more like Toto - Africa good vibes. 👍 Hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Was a nice surpise to get a hotel instructions tailored for me and I got called by my name by the hosts even I stayed just for one night. One person "Superior" room was well worth upgrade as even the toilet window has more epic views than whole Finland has. Breakfast was good, room price was affordable includin breakfast and the pizzas in restaurant were delicious. Even it is "just" a Hotel the hosts has put piece of their hearth and soul in it.

The hotel was right across from the terminal of the Bernina Express and even though it was on this piazza it was quiet at night. It had a cute balcony and the room had a fridge and comfy bed. It was very reasonably priced and there were several eating options close. The staff were lovely.

The staff was very responsive and friendly. When I caused unintentional damage, they were understanding and kind, and did not charge me anything – it was clear that they genuinely care about their guests. I warmly recommend this place, it is also very close to the Bernina Express.”

    Great location central to Grosotto. Hosts very helpful. Small clean bed settee. Very quiet. No noise from other units. Walking distance to Grosio to Hotel Sasella beautiful lunch. Able to cook meals washing machine great with drying rack not much room for drying rack but managed. More pillows would have been 👍

    Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!
