We stayed for two nights in an attic room. The room, including the bathroom, had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The service of all staff was excellent but Cristina, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!

Been traveling across Europe and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Even competing with hotels that cost 3x per night. The room was clean breakfast is great and the facility is modern and very neat.

The hotel was fantastic and old, 16th century, but the facilities were up to date. The room I had was spacious with excellent facilities. Bathroom was great and the shower was very good. The staff were very happy to help and looked after me. The breakfast was very good and the room in which it was set with a vaulted stone ceiling was amazing

Everything was absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations. AlessiA and her team went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring that nothing was missing. The food at their family restaurant is undoubtedly the best in town, and the rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully modern. They kindly allowed us to leave our car safely while we were away and took care of every little detail we needed. Honestly, it couldn't have been better!

Hotel is aged and has 80s vibes, but I don't mean like Chornobyl instead more like Toto - Africa good vibes. 👍 Hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Was a nice surpise to get a hotel instructions tailored for me and I got called by my name by the hosts even I stayed just for one night. One person "Superior" room was well worth upgrade as even the toilet window has more epic views than whole Finland has. Breakfast was good, room price was affordable includin breakfast and the pizzas in restaurant were delicious. Even it is "just" a Hotel the hosts has put piece of their hearth and soul in it.

Great location central to Grosotto. Hosts very helpful. Small clean bed settee. Very quiet. No noise from other units. Walking distance to Grosio to Hotel Sasella beautiful lunch. Able to cook meals washing machine great with drying rack not much room for drying rack but managed. More pillows would have been 👍

Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!
