I was fascinated by everything related with my stay in the residence! This place joins the best thing that can proposed an apartment and a hotel: everyday cleaning and everyday change of towels, a well-equipped kitchen, a free parking, fast Wi-Fi. As well, a bus stop is about 5 minutes by foot so 20 minutes and one gets to the metro station Anagnina. So, for any next trip to this area I will, certainly, book this Residence again

Wonderful place! Highly recommend this oasis to any traveler! Quiet,, clean, comfortable and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and with views of Rome and Castel Gandolfo. The staff were fantastic and the views from the breakfast terrace were stunning! We missed the olive oil tasting and wine tasting unfortunately. But we will definitely come back!

Beautiful small villa sits in well laid out garden. We went on Pilgrimage to Rome and did not have our own transport . Public transport IS AVAILABLE via bus from main road to Metro. Obviously, life would have been easier with our own car but who on earth wants to drive in Rome! No thanks! Taxis too are available.

We need a car.

We need a car. The towns, sites and restaurants were excellent. We loved staying at the Tenuta Cusamano. We enjoyed touring the nature/archaelogical site of Tuscolum over the weekend when the ruins are open to the public. we did not see another American in 5 days.

Grottaferrata is a very small town.

Grottaferrata is a very small town. I was there for work but I had time to walk around and see a bit. There is the Monastery of Santa Maria that dates back to 1024 with a beautiful church inside that is worth a visit. There is a museum but it was closed when I visited. I thought I would have a harder time finding parking but it wasn't too bad. For a great meal try La Casina del Buon Gusto. The chef's specialty was buonissimo and the prices are excellent. Avoid the Ristorante da Leo. Overpriced and not very good. There is a Fresco Market grocery store within walking distance of the downtown area which has just about everything, including American Hershey's for some reason!

The town is welcoming and conveniently located both near Rome and the Castelli Romani area, as well as the towns I wanted to visit (Nemi, Castel Gandolfo, Frascati, and Ariccia). The Greek Abbey, dating back to 1004, is also worth a visit.

A welcoming village with many accommodations (La Taverna dello Spuntino offers excellent dining) and cultural excursions (the Exarchic Monastery of Santa Maria). The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Nearby are the beautiful Frascati, Nemi, Ariccia, and much more.

Allocated a room overlooking Rome in the main building. Not sure that the other (annex) accommodation would be so acceptable. Beautiful main building with a very interesting interior ( frescos etc.,). Lots of character and charm, Quiet location, comfortable good size room. From our experience the hotel does seem to cater particularly for groups - 1 group of French and 1 group of Indian nationality). Would certainly consider staying again, as a base outside the hustle of Rome itself.

Beautiful hotel with much attention to detail. Extra nice linen sheets. Nice Bvlgari toiletries and extra nice touch with robe and bath slippers. Bathtub ring needs a little attention in cleaning, but otherwise EVERYTHING was great. Nice breakfast served in front of fire place in the lobby and super location close to city center.

The garden is beautiful and the location is alright. The staff has been helpful. A bus stop at 2 minutes walking from the hotel, takes you to the metro. Metro takes you to Rome. If the bus shows (we were very lucky twice but we were told that is not guaranteed), it takes you around an hour/ hour and a half to get to Rome.

Really lovely property. Hosts were great! Location is lovely but a half hour walk into Frascati. Would recommend if you're looking for a relaxed holiday in Italy. There are trains that run to and from Rome - I believe one every hour.
