The apartment and the quiet location, (Even though there were neighbours)did it for me. The interior designing of the large apartment was very nice. It made you feel you were in a 5 star Hotel. Guidonia is a lovely peaceful town where you can enjoy the day to day locals ways of life. Lots of place to eat and easy access to buses and trains for short trips to Rome,Tivoli or Bagni di Tivoli where they have such a huge swimming pools complex.

I stayed at this apartment for a total of 5 nights to recover from long hours of travel. The rooms is clean, well-organized and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Well-equipped bathroom with lovely amenities for the shower. Spacious fridge inside the room itself with a complimentary bottle of water. There is a shared kitchen that has a larger fridge and offers a coffeemaker. Mirella will leave you with vouchers so you can get a coffee and a small breakfast roll in a nearby café. Very easy communication through whatsapp with Mirella to get the key and afterwards easy access to the apartment. With the blinds down I had 5 nights of perfect rest. Central location near the train station

We stayed just one night; the property is welcoming and the...

We stayed just one night; the property is welcoming and the rooms are clean. Having to leave at 5:00 the next morning, we would have skipped breakfast (scheduled for 6:00) if it hadn't been for the receptionist who let us have it anyway, preparing everything we needed in advance. The overall impression is overwhelmingly positive.

Super friendly hosts, cozy and beautiful hotel in the middle of the loveliest Italian country side. Family running this place was so helpful and made us feel welcome. We are planning a new trip to Rome region just because we loved this hotel so much!

Very convenient hotel in Tivoli Terme. Personnel is very friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and modern. Area is quiet. A couple of restaurants in walking distance (10/15 min) Will stay there again for future business trips
