Great spacious flat not far from Florence. Elisa left us milk and ice tea in the fridge as well as breakfast and coffee. She also left us earplugs for the noise from the motorway, which was really thoughtful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the communication was always great.

Place is better than the photos. Shower is great, room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is external but very close to the hotel and convenient. Decent breakfast, with a small variety of items but hot drinks freshly prepared. Don’t expect a 4 star continental breakfast (it’s a simple hotel, but what they offer is more than ok). Bus to the city center is close, which is great because the last thing you’ll want is to adventure yourself with a car in the old village.

The house was lovely and the lady owner very kind.

The house was lovely and the lady owner very kind. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room. We were surprised to find that breakfast was not served in the hotel but in a cafe 1.5 km away which we had to walk to as we are travelling by train. The breakfast was good but it was a long walk. As we were leaving early next day the proprietor brought us a take-away and drove us to the train station, which was very kind of her.

When we first arrived everything seemed to be okay or even...

When we first arrived everything seemed to be okay or even better than expected. After the first night small problems seemed to appear. Even though a room service was obviously active, the floors were still dirty and on the third day the cleaning utensils were left in our room. The staff was overall very friendly and accommodating though. They actively remembered allergies / food intolerance sheet mentioning then one. It just sadly seemed like the place was lacking a certain degree of professionalism.

Really wonderful experience! We got lost on the way there, but when we finally found it, we loved it. Best experience in Italy (ten days of travel). Double check your GPS. Try to book something on the second floor because people can be noisy. If you don’t want to eat at the restaurant, bring food. Isolated and beautiful!!

A real Italian village/town.

A real Italian village/town. It has everything a traveler could need. We found excellent restaurants. (L'Uniqa, or l'Antico) the transportation is safely organized. A real belcanto experience - A'la Caruso... The train, the bus run on time, everyone is helpful, a real homely Tuscan feeling.

Very friendly welcome, cozy furnishings, good breakfast. Since we arrived after 8 pm, we would have liked to have a glass of wine, but the bar was unmanned. This was perhaps due to the low number of guests and the off-season. Not easy to find at night without GPS...

the peaceful setting - it's the perfect place to relax and de-stress. The swimming pool is large, clean, and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff on hand to advise where to go out to eat locally and where to visit. This place, and Lastra A Signa, is perfect for a quiet break or as a base from where to travel to other parts of Tuscany. It's 10 mins walk from the train station with services to Florence in one direction, and Pisa, Livorno & Grosseto in the other

We had a larger room attached seperate to the property. Great size and lots of space for 3 of us. Very clean the rooms were and beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good each morning. Location it’s a 20 min train journey from lastra a signa (7 min drive from the hotel) to the centre which was brilliant! Very easy journey if you have a car and take a right out of the hotel rather than follow maps to the train station! Free car park too!

I love the big, spacious room. It can fit 4 people. Nice bathroom. Nice surroundings. Noemi was very friendly and helpful. Saw the pool, the pizza oven, nice restaurant, but didn't have a chance to try. Love the look of the hotel and the view outside.

Lovely old heritage building, we stayed in the two bedroom apartment with my parents and our baby. Pool was refreshing for a dip (but a five minute walk up the hill). Nice eateries nearby in Lastra a Signa.
