Beautiful restored monastery everything was to a high standard.Rooms were large with a huge bathroom with toiletries included.The room had a kettle with tea and coffee.The swimming pool was beautiful set in the garden.All the staff were exceptional especially Alessandro in the restaurant.We had a beautiful tasting menu …amazing.The photos on the website do not do it justice…

A beautifully, architecturally designed hotel with attention to detail in the historic centre of Lecce. Artwork around the hotel was a feature to admire! Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was in abundance and catered well for a gluten free option. There is also a lift which is a help! A small boutique hotel full of old charm with modern facilities.

The bedroom in general, and the bathroom in particular, were modern and very large. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast had everything you expect: salty as well as sweet, and good coffee. The hotel is slightly out of the city center, so it needs a 15-minutes walk to the old Lecce, but it is a pleasant walk.

I liked the opulence of the building. It truly felt like a palace. I liked its location and the comfortable beds and the luxurious cotton bedlinen. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and patient.The concierge even sent us a nice bottle of Spumanti with a greeting card when he heard that we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary. What a lovely gesture!!! I was very happy to hear that the hotel provides free round-trip transportation to its private beach and used this opportunity to have my one and only swim in the Adriatic sea which I truly enjoyed.

Everything was amazing! - All the people that work at the hotel and we interacted with were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. - The room was super clean. - The room was quiet, we had curtains which made the room dark in the middle of the day so you could sleep as much as you want. - The bed was excellent; big and comfortable. Also the pillows. - Great location; close to everything. - Parking right outside the hotel. - All the things in the room of high quality materials: slippers, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper etc - The air conditioner worked as a charm, and the room is not overheating during the night so even if it was hot we slept so good.

    A beautiful town with a great atmosphere especially during the summer festival which we attended. The whole region of Puglia is fantastic, both for sightseeing and culinary. Be sure to see the smaller towns nearby like Ostranto and swim on the beautiful beach of Marina di Pescoluse (but not in the middle of the season). Nothing special to complain about, especially if you are on vacation.

    We based ourselves in Lecce & everyday we hoped on a train ( or bus) to visit other towns. Polignano Al Mare, Ostuni, Sassi De Matera, Otranto, Martina Franca, Brindiso, Bari, Taranto, Matera, Gallipoli & ALberobello. You could say that we saw all of Lecce. We loved it

    Historic Lecce is a wonderful and interesting city.

    Historic Lecce is a wonderful and interesting city. It has much to offer whether it by culture of culinary. It does get busy and has lots of those small shops you typically find where tourists wander, but these too I enjoy. Its location almost guarantees reasonable weather. I feels safe as I wandered around in the early hours of both the older and newer part of the city. Transport hubs are there in buses and trains.

    Lecce has many beautiful churches to see. Other sights like Museo Faggiano, Mura urbiche, Museo Sigismondo Castromediano, are also excellent. Many nice piazze and shopping streets with nice restaurants, shops, bars.

    Wonderful old town with its honeycolored tuffstone buildings in barock achitecture. The Duomo and the great piazza del Duomo with its Campanile, Bishop Palace are beautiful.. From the church tower one has a great view. Another great and lively square is Piazza Sant Oronzo with the statue of the saint. Unfortunately, there was construction and closure of some part of the square but still big enough space for street performances at night. Day time was too hot. Aroud the piazza are niche cafes and restaurants.

    It’s a luxury appartment in the heart of Lecce, just outside the old town. Equipped with everything, 1 bedroom and large living-room + kitchen. Even a large terasse is available. The adress is a busy street but the apprtment opens to the back, very quiet and calm area. Would happy to return

    Such a beautiful B&B, looks like a small boutique hotel, hidden but in the heart of the old town, the building looks like a medieval castle, very authentic experience, safe and quite, with the most amazing view on the garden.
