The breakfast was wonderful. You could choose anything you wanted and it was delivered and left outside your room on time. Great warm croissants! Lots of coffee pods. I only had one, but nice to have the choice. Balcony with chairs and table. Aircon in bedroom.

Strategically located, offering a warm welcome and easy access to local attractions. The house is conveniently located near the main highway to Como, Lake Como, and Switzerland, and the train station for easy access to Como, Lugano (Switzerland), and Milan (driving to Milan is not recommended because of many traffic restrictions). As a solo traveller, I had a delicious breakfast, including brews, toasts, salami, ham, cheeses, cakes, and yoghurts. The welcoming atmosphere, adaptable arrival time, cosy bed, and large room features were great.

terrible accommodation, dirty and grubby with no air con. payment upo front not next day like every other hotel in the world ( i know why now!) 164 Euros a night the room was like a air fryer even though at reception they told me there was "air" in the room. room was unclean with dirt from previous occupiers. mold everywhere, décor, beds and furniture from the 1970 i stayed 10 minutes then run away. asked for a refund but was denied. went to another hotel near by for 100 Euro Dream hotel, air con, great parking ad excelent breakfast. do not come to this hotel!

We were just looking for a place to stop for the night during our trip and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel complex and rooms were lovely and clean, with very friendly staff and excellent value for money. It's ideally located if you want to explore the area and the surrounding region, including Milan, for example.

This is a good place for a stopover.

This is a good place for a stopover. Luxurious accommodations. Parking is available in a secure parking lot. We arrived late and left very early. I would have liked to see more of the hotel and the surrounding area. Easily accessible from the highway.

We enjoyed our overnight stay during a long journey.

We enjoyed our overnight stay during a long journey. The rooms are very clean, and it's nice to be able to have a good dinner in the evening. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which prepared us for our onward journey.

Such a beautiful hotel, BUT this time (we've stayed there several times) we were very dissatisfied with the service, staff, and our stay. Nothing to drink; the water offered was warm (the bar wasn't staffed until 5 pm). The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted (in this heat, a restful sleep was impossible!). The staff was unfriendly. This shouldn't happen at a 5-star hotel.

I stayed in Lomazzo because I wanted to visit a nearby town that didn't have any hotels, but I think it's a budget-friendly option for accommodation in the Lake Como area. For good pizza, try Pizzeria da Aldo at the sports club.

Very convenient location near the autostrada for stopover. It’s set up well with covered parking at your door. We appreciated that the manager sent a very nice bowl of freshly cut fruit with apologies for the problems with our first room (see below). The main restaurant had an excellent menu, good wine selection, and reasonable prices, but let down by the service.

Stright off the motorway into this hotel/motel, our room was quite a long way from reception but you could park by the room. Restaurant food was good and reasonable price, room felt a little dingy and dark but the bathroom was good. Breakfast was good but had to fight with a coach load of Germans! Out the door, round the roundabout and on to the motorway.

Unique experience. Lovely hosts who used to accomodate their friends in the spare rooms and now make their beautiful house, decorated with many unique objects from different continents, available to visitors. They do what thay can and treat you as special guests, putting attention in every detail.

The breakfast waitress was very nice and jolly. Close to the train which goes to lake como and milan very quickly. Train tickets to Como are €3 and bicycles are free. A 20 min ride. Tickets to Milan are €4 and only a 45min ride.
