We stayed in five different apartments in Sardinia, and for this price, this one is the best. The apartment is brand new, with a fresh renovation smell. The kitchen has everything you need, with brand new cookware and dishes, we prepared a wonderful seafood dinner on the new pan and served it on new plates. This place is definitely not for just one night, but perfect for a full vacation. By car you can easily and quickly reach the best beaches on the island. The hosts are a very lovely young couple, they welcomed us personally and recommended the best places to visit. We 100% recommend this apartment. P.S. In the hall, the entire wall is painted with a mural — unusual and very beautiful, it made us smile every time we saw it.

Іt was wonderful! A comfortable accommodation in a pine forest right on the beach of an incredibly beautiful bay, with crystal-clear sea and stunning views! And the air there — a mix of cedar, eucalyptus, and the sea — was amazing! The house had all the necessary amenities. A lovely outdoor terrace with a barbecue area. Peace and quiet. A complete connection with nature. Other breathtaking beaches were nearby, and the supermarket was just a 10-minute drive away.

What a wonderful place with great hosts. We received a warm welcome with arrival drinks abs the room was exceptional. Tastefully and beautifully renovated and decorated with Sardinian touches. Sylvia and Alex have such a personal touch and booked us at an amazing seafood restaurant nearby. The breakfast was out of this world and beautifully presented. Such variety and lovely use of colour. A wonderful and welcoming oasis to explore the beauty of this part of the island. We cannot fault our stay. Exceptional!!!

Lotzorai is well located but a car is essential and there is nothing to do in the centre; for atmosphere, it is better to go to Santa Maria Navarrese or Arbatax, but for peace and quiet, the Iscrixedda beach in Lotzorai is great.

We passed through Lotzorai on our way to the campsite and to...

We passed through Lotzorai on our way to the campsite and to nearby towns, so I don't know; there wasn't anything interesting to tempt us into stopping there. Santa Maria Navarrese and Tortolì are much better for their amenities. The sea, moreover, isn't suitable for children. After a few steps, the water is very deep. We ate at home and shopped at Conad.

Beautiful, modern house.

Beautiful, modern house. We were fortunate enough to be the only guests. I can imagine that if all the rooms were occupied, it would be a bit less crowded. There's self-catering facilities, and there's a communal area with sofas and a TV.

This village has everything you need.

This village has everything you need. I'd recommend a maximum of a week. There's plenty to see in the surrounding area, but just visiting this town isn't enough if you want to get a complete overview of Sardinia.

The stay was excellent.

The stay was excellent. The only minor drawback we could point out was that the information provided on arrival and departure was a bit late. The campsite shop was within walking distance, so we had fresh bread rolls every morning. Otherwise, we highly recommend staying here!

A very nice place in the Lotzorai. The house is very beautiful and so is the room. The breakfast was awesome! Silvia was very friendly. For parking I would suggest to park inside the courtyard for 5 euros per night because I haven't seen nearby parkplaces. All in all we had a great time.

Dommu Livia is a really cozy & clean apartment accommodation near the beach. It is integrated in the neighborhood of the Lotzorai residents, so your stay doesn't feel too touristy ;) Heike, the host was really helpful and friendly. short and sweet: the dommu livia is a honest recommendation.
